Coles - Lynden Park Mall

It's okay but I would rather go to Indigo. I was looking for a specific book and this store had it there when I checked online. When I arrived I looked but couldn't find it, I then asked someone for help so they checked their system and it said they had it in stock, when they went to look for it they couldn't find it as well. What a waste of my time

As part of the Chapters group kf stores Coles is a wonderful reminder if the small town bookstore.it doesn't have the giant racks of plush blankets or the toy section that their massive parent company has. It has books. Thank God. Seriously. That is what a bookstore needs, and that is what they provide.

Selection leaves a little to be desired. Employees not very helpful. They almost seem reluctant or afraid to approach customers.

Very helpful about finding the books we were looking for Christmas presents. Good selection of children's books.

The experience was perfect I went in there to look around and then bought a book called the fault in our stars

It's a small location so selection is limited but the staff is friendly, helpful and even when it's busy they are pleasant to deal with! If it's not in stock at that location then I usually get my online orders shipped there.

Nice location they offer a great selection and fair prices. This isn't the place you come to hangout at, there's no seating for freeloaders. You come grab a book buy it and leave.

Friendly and efficient staff make this bookstore a great place to shop or just look something up.
The book I was looking for was unavailable, but I can order it easily and have it delivered right to my house.
This Coles has a great variety of books and other products, and it's difficult to leave without being tempted by the choices.

So really nice items to chose from. Don't go in often, don't know why. It's well displayed with some great stock
