Very kind people who will take the time to see what the issue is and let you know what to expect. Their prices are excellent and definitely fair. Probably more than fair to be honest with the cost of everything today. Especially in comparison to a dealer direct. I'm grateful to have met them. My cars have definitely found their new home. Specially the review of BIRINDER MANCHANDA is wrong. He didn't want to pay his bills. These type of people should not buy vehicles, if they have financial issues. Beware Mr. Manchanda, KARMA IS A BOOMERANG?

I visited them they inspected my car and told me ront Lower Control Arm with Ball Joint. They quoted me $ 1150 where online this part is sold for $ 125-$ 150. When I enquired them son (Neil) told me our is 3 years warranty and when I asked father (Shawn) no it’s a year warranty. They are trying to fool people. Also when in the beginning negotiate with father (Shawn) he said I don’t deal with money part my son deals with it. They were trying to put on each other. I have bills. I will go to consumer court and will report to body who regulated auto mechanic.he is so honest product is for $137 (Amazon) he is charging $1150

I took my car there about a week ago for an oil change and general inspection. The gentleman working there kindly told me my car is a newer model and there is no need for an inspection when they saw the car. This saved me money naturally and shows the honesty at this mechanics. Highly recommend.

I am using my 2nd account to review this place. The first review I posted was around half a year ago.

I've visited this place now a few times and I can say the Father and Son team is trustable and very kind. They are always very soft-spoken and treat their customers with care.

The reason I am reviewing again is because of a review left by Mr. Manchanda just a week ago. I'm surprised by it and to be honest I don't believe him because whenever I brought my car to this place, I am always told about the issues with my car and the price to fix it. After it, it's on me if I should proceed with their services or not but I always do because I trust them and they never upsell anything to me.

Went to get a diagnostic test from here strictly based off his reviews. They were all right! He’s such a kind and honest person and is quite knowledgeable in his field. If you let him, he’ll explain his findings with you in quite a descriptive manner which I very much appreciate as I like learning new things. It was my first time ever feeling confident and rest assured with a mechanic who was not out for my money but really wanted to help. Thank you so much. God bless

Shaun was the one who attended to my husband when he took our car to him. Unlike any other places such as canadian tire, this place is very honest and straight forward. My husband said he spent a whole hour or more to diagnose our car and if he told my husband what it would cost him before working on it. He recommended to fix what he thought could be the issue and told my husband to bring it back if the engine light is back on which it did. We ended up taking it back and he took his time again to see what's causing the engine light being on. I dont know what he did but he told my husband if it's starting to run good and no issues, he can go back in a few days to pay him. This man trust everyone and hopefully no one will take advantage of his kindness. Car running good, no more engine light on and my spouse took the car to him for full tune up and very reasonable price! We finally found an honest mechanic and we will be going back to him with any car troubles.

Went to these guys (Sean and Chris) a few weeks back with my 2006 Benz CLS500 for realignment, oil change and suspension maintenance.
Let me tell you, I've never met mechanics as honest and straight forward as these two. I don't live close but have no problem coming back here again for my car needs. They're experienced, honest and highly skilled. What else can you ask for? I'll be coming back here soon for another project I'm working on. Keep up the great work guys.

I used coles automotive exclusively for years before I moved. Very honest and very fair prices for repairs. They were quick to repair any issues i had and up front about repairs that I needed and didn't need. Highly recommended.

My elderly father has not had the best experiences with other garages. One left the oil filter loose and the oil spilt out almost ruining the engine. Shaun at Cole’s automotive was a pleasant, honest and reliable person that worked on our dad’s car. He was right to the point and got everything done on time. We had a catastrophic failure of one of the drive axles on my wife's Mazda 3. I had to have the car towed to Cole's Automotive. They were very helpful and straight forward. They could of over charged me because I needed the work done either way. It wasn't a cheap fix, but the amount of work they did definitely justified the price. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will be taking my vehicles here from now on.

My opinion on Cole's automotive simply the best they put shocks and stabiliser links on my old Mercedes Benz plus did a 4 wheel alignment now my old Mercedes rides like a new Mercedes not many garages can do alignment on Mercedes Benz I know but Shawn and Chris they got it right thanks guys

Cole's Automotive is a great place to bring your car for honesty and repairs to your car. I was plagued by a noise in the front of my car for over 2 years. I brought it to Shaun and he managed to find the problem. I'm as happy as anyone could be for an honest and reliable repair I recommend Anyone that needs an honest garage to do repairs this is the place. Five stars to these guys. Customer service really matters to me as I am in the service industry and this two guys father and son nailed it. Check engine light came on to do with 02 sensor. They fixed the problem. Goodbye engine light. Thanks alot =) no more searching for a mechanic. See u soon.

This mechanic shop is really good. He has been very honest and did not try to upsell me anything extra. He is a very nice guy and works with integrity. Fixed all problems with my cars. A+

Caught a flat nearby and decided to bring my car in for a patch. Chris took care of it right away along with fixing a minor exhaust issue on the car too for a good price! Excellent customer service as well. Would highly recommend.

I"m not accustomed to mechanics showing patience explaining and fixing a problem they were not charging for. This was a first of a kind experience and as a result I would highly recommend Coles Automotive to anyone. Since day one I've been treated with respect and courtesy and received service above and beyond what a paying customer should expect. The service has been professional and I've received my car when they said I would unlike some mechanics who cannot manage their workload. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I would rate these guys 10 out of 10. My wife and I have had several cars there over the years. What you see is what you get - nothing fancy; just two excellent mechanics - Shaun and Chris. I haven’ ever gone to the dealer, unless it’s a recall. They do what you ask and look at everything in case there are other issues. They tell you if it needs to be done right away or if it can wait a few weeks or months. Chris and Shaun are honest and I trust them completely.
