That miserable and ignort man about 60 with a Grey beard was shockingly rude. I'll drive by for sure next time I'm in grimsby

Never had such an awful experience buying pond plants the man was awful told him to be nice to customers I will never go back complains that I used 3 bags hope his day gets better

An absolute gem in Grimsby. The staff are very knowledgeable and remember you when you return. We were having challenges with a recent pond install and they recommended a business who could help us and provided wonderful advice for taking care of our fish. They have an extensive variety of annuals and perennials and were just generally a really great group of people to deal with. Having both a pond store and garden centre at one place is perfect. I can not say enough good things about this business. Worth the drive for exceptional customer care (and always seem ready to help with a phone call too)
