Friendly staff, short wait time and Dr. Msika is very kind. I'm very anxious around doctors but I feel like I can trust him.

Worst of the Worst. Can management open their eyes and hire human instead of theses employees!

Unable to reach out. After my visit I sent two emails, called numerous times, left voicemail but nobody never get back to me, very unprofessional. Dr. Msika was good though.

Dr Msika is great. He is my primary care physician since my doctor left the practice. At first everything went well and I had a great experience. Now however, I needed to see the doctor so called to book an appointment. Left a voice message with my phone number. They ended up calling my home when I wasn’t there. I called again twice and finally they called back, again at home when I clearly asked them to call my cell. Anyway I was told there were no appointments until month end. I said I really needed to see the doctor and was told to come as a walk in. The message said they were extremely busy and walkins could get turned away and told to come back another day, How does this make sense when they are accepting new patients. I ended up booking an appointment with another clinic instead of wasting my time.

Never went here before, saw Dr. Waseem within 15 minutes of walking in the door around 11: 30 on a Tuesday (including paperwork and assistant getting my history)

Very thorough and quick, I was hesitant before about this one from reading some reviews - but there's always a negativity bias for any medical place - so throwing mine down as a normal person - everyone at the clinic was great would not hesitate to see the team again.

Really bad experience especially with the front desk, they delay so much with my prescription refill, I almost always have to get temporary refills before the doctors approval comes in. They don’t even have the option of doing virtual appointments or phone consultations and expect people to just come in if they want their prescription refilled promptly, which shouldn’t be the case because how long does it take to get a prescription request approved when the doctor is present in the office!

Appointments are setup for 10 mins so theyre always consistently behind schedule by more than 1.5 hrs. Make the appointments longer so people dont set them up and still end up wasting half their day here without even getting to see a doctor.

Edit after reply: thats exactly why I said dont book 10 min appointment slots when every single one takes longer than 10. Giving the best possible care is required and expected. You’re not going above & beyond by doing that.

I have been visiting this clinic for about 7 years at least once a year for my yearly check up with Dr. Sabash who is very nice dr. But the real hero here for me is and dr. Shabash assistant call Tania, Tania is so caring.the seconds after she start consultation with you you start feeling this huge caring from Tania and I am Telling you here this amazing Human being is like God on earth she hit whatever is making you feel sick right on it. I just came back from Costa Rica on a vacation trip, I returned with diarrhea and strong Sinus infection and one visit to Tania and the next day all symptoms and I am back to feeling strong as a Horse.may the lord keep the entire team at this place save and strong. You wanna get better, go and seed Tania.she is like a wonder healer.me and my wife a girl from Singapore we both see Tania and we love here for giving us back our healt and lot of caring.

Literally the worst clinic and service ever. Do no go here. Especially Assistant doctor doesn’t know what she’s doing and have no experience.

Doctors are good here but front desk and reception is terrible. They hardly answer phone calls and never follow through with returning calls to patients

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Best patient care delivery and customer service. Thank you for the doctors, nurses, technician and medical admin at this clinic for helping me. It is obvious that the wait times for walk in will sometimes be busier than other days. The girls at the front are farily nice and work well under pressure. I witnessed them today dealing with a rude peron and handled it very well. Which, I am suprised by these mean comments. Some people can be very rude. They have a a laboratory and specialists that work there too. Overall, I have enjoyed every visit and so far no complaints. Thank you Dr Msika, Dr Shabash and Dr Tanya.

Extremely fast, effective front desk. Doctor’s assistant took down the info and did blood pressure/oxygen to cut off the time waiting for the doctor. Doctor was thorough, heard my thoughts on what it might be, reassured me of the diagnosis and prescribed the necessary meds. Less than 10 minutes wait
