I didn’t give a 5 as you charged over $250 more than what my insurance company recommends. At the end of the day I am out of pocket over $700 for the work that I needed. This has been an ongoing complaint I have had. Your answer has always been “… we charge what our industry recommends…”. I know other Dentists use the rates their customers insurance companies recommend. After 20 years of a family of 4 and paying out of pocket at rates greater than my dental insurance recommended rates - it would be nice to feel like I was getting a sale or discount. Other than that, it was a well run system that does very professional and quality work.

Having a crown is not my favourite way to start a day lol but Dr Seiger and his dental assistant made it quick, painless and almost pleasant! Having the crown made on site eliminates the need for a return visit and with Dr Seiger’s skill and care, the fit was perfect and there were absolutely no after affects. So much so, that after the freezing wore off it was as if I’d never had a problem that required seeing a dentist! Although I always appreciate the follow up call to check on me the next day. My family and I have been clients of Collingwood Dental Centre since they opened their doors many decades ago and I highly recommend them.

Collingwood Dental Centre is simply the Best! They have the best service, staff, great partial plates and implants, mouth guards and so much more. Thay have great selections and treatments, price and they even have an emergency number to call that is available 24/7. They even go the extra mile with follow up phone calls the next day after your appointment to let you know how much they really do care about their patients. They are so gentle and make me feel so comfortable it makes my appointments more pleasureable and enjoyable. Went in for a root canal and Dr Saiger did some drilling and decided it was not needed he just had to replace the filling.

Dr Zain, Susan and all of the incredible staff at Collingwood Dental Centre are the best I’ve ever seen. They handle clients anxiety in tough procedures with ease and grace and their knowledge and experience are second to none. I’m so happy that I found them. We are clients for life.
