Collingwood Veterinary Services

We took our dog to Collingwood Veterinary Services this week for the first time. We can’t say enough about the amazing staff. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. We feel we and our dog are in very good hands.

I have been bringing my furbabies to Collingwood Vet for 25 years. Everyone provides first rate care and support to our fur babies and their human parents. I look forward to continuing with Collingwood Veterinary Services for many more years.

Changing my review.
We have stopped taking our animals to collingwood vet since Dr lawes left.
Extremely pushy, argumentative and the prices have sky rocketed.
I do not recommend.

Dr Meg has given us the most detailed and comprehensive check up for my 17 year old diabetic cat. She’s already checked in to make sure Tucker is still okay and left me a very detailed message on bloodwork updates. So kind and compassionate and all around great service. Probably the best vet I’ve been to in my multiple moves.

The experienced staff at Collingwood Veterinary services is attentive, responsive and professional. There were very
thorough with their examination and treatment of my cats. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been going to CVS for 15 years! I worked there for 2.5 of those 15. I have to say that walking into CVS always feels a little bit like home! There’s some fresh faces since Dr. Lawes retired, but I promise they are lovely!

As a client, it’s important to remember that with changes in staff comes changes in other things! Embrace it and be respectful of the new additions to CVS as they learn to make it their own!

Wonderful first visit with Dr. Anderson and Kayleigh. Helped put a very anxious mini Bernedoodle at ease! Very knowledgeable and obviously very animal focused.

I had to bring my cat in to be humanely euthanized. I was distraught and broken. Dr. Meg and her amazing staff went above and beyond to comfort me and help me feel better. She even followed up with a call a couple days after, to see how I was doing.

I am grateful for the quality of care received from Dr. Dominique Monaghan. She was very friendly and thorough in her clinical exam of my 7-month-old toy poodle, Chase. Unbeknownst to myself, Chase had only one descending testicle (cryptochidism) which was missed from Chase’s previous vet. Dr. Monaghan had counselled me through the potential alternatives for surgery and costs. Thankfully, the surgery went very well and Chase is recovering quickly. Dr. Monaghan was very friendly, professional and empathetic. I could not give her a more glowing review.

What a great experience with our new veterinarian and the vet tech! We (me, Rusty the cat and Mickey Mouse the cat) couldn't have had a better visit. We were all treated with a warm and welcoming greeting. Both of my fur babies received thorough exams and gentle handling, I had every opportunity to ask questions. I left feeling completely satisfied with the professional advice and the way we were treated! So happy.
