Dont by online with them. Emily Montanaro the sale manager is dishonest. I send the merchandise back and they dont want to refund me!

I’ve had to rent here twice for 2 different events. We were never impressed with the experience.never have enough staff to put people through.they asks to come and pick rentals up any time yet they fail to mention there is a 1 to 2 hour wait! People nines up to the door! One person at the front.and no warning of this! They don’t open until 10am even though that could help alleviate the long waits!

Seemed a bit short staffed but I assume that's just prom season.my brother and I went in to pick up his prom suit and this short white lady with a Karen cut treated us so poorly.it was obviously busy but rather than help speed things along she acted like a child and even annoyed her fellow co-workers

at least my brother looks good in his suit

I have rented here before but now they are way too expensive. I ended up buying a new suit somewhere else with everything included for the same price as a suit rental here.

I went in to get fitted for a formal Kilt rental for a wedding. Gary was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process was quick and actually fun. 100% recommend.

I had a custom order placed in may and was told it wouldn’t take any longer than a month for them to come in. So I paid my deposit and left. Flash forward 2 1/2 months and still hadn’t heard back from them so I called only to find out that not only are the pants not even made yet but they hadn’t even attempted to find pants until I called. The wedding is 3 weeks from now and I’m starting to think we are screwed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Kim helped us find the perfect rental suits for my husband and his groomsmen. She was so helpful and the Alterations team did an amazing job hemming the suits to fit the guys perfectly! We are so thrilled with our experience! Thank you!

I walked into the store and watched 6 different employees look at my son and walk off. Some even gave us the half smile like yah I would help you but no. One lady said someone will be with you after We stood there for 10 mins. She just walked over to another mother and son and didn’t help us at all. It’s really sad that I have to leave this review because I was sent here by the owners relatives. As a black mother with a black son who has to prepare for graduation and prom I don’t think I would ever come back here.

I had scheduled a wedding consultation, and I barely had anyone interact with me.
I understand that it was quite busy, but I left with only trying one ill-fitting suit on, and without anyone asking any further questions regarding sizing.
Other customers were getting measurements left and right, whereas I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff.

Myself and my groomsmen rented suits from Collins Clothiers, they had many options and the staff member Adrianna helped us choose the perfect style for the wedding day.

We had a great set of rental tuxes for our wedding from Collins formalwear. Curt was very helpful for our initial video consult. The tuxes arrived as ordered, fit well, and they even ordered in new bowties from the distributor to perfectly match the bridesmaid dresses. The men looked GREAT.

Nice sales girl but stupidly dark dressing rooms and ridiculous plasticky shoes to rent. I'm out.

When it comes to formal wear number one place. Need jersey for sports team they do that as well

My groomsmen and I rented a total of 9 tuxedos from Collins in Nov 2019. I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. I shopped around at more places than I care to mention and Collins was #1 in terms of tux fit, fashion style, price point, and customer service (at the headquarter location in London). Curt and his team made the entire experience very enjoyable and worry free and have made a lifelong formal wear customer of me. Keep up the great customer service!

My Groomsmen and I rented our suits from Collins in London for my wedding this fall and it was an excellent experience. Suits looked and fit great. Gary was most helpful during the entire process and ensured my suit fit great when I picked it up 2 days before my wedding. Highly Recommend!

Excellent service. They forgot my bowtie but delivered it personally to my address during a critical time crunch. Very grateful. Worth a visit and a purchase or two.

Overall good experience. Prices were fair for the rental suits. Only thing is that I waited for about 20 minutes in the store before being served (not at a busy time). Other than that, I do recommend this location.

Great selection of Mens fashion, and good pricing. Staff is always very friendly and knowleadgeable.

I found it expensive, time consuming and in the end not happy with the suit. Spend an hour getting fitted. There was not enough staff to look after the number of customers. It was like someone with a short attention span looking you, having to leave our group and look after another person. Then when I showed up to pick up my suit, the vest was huge and the suit coat was so tight I could hardly move. Had to spend an additional 45 minutes to an hour getting re fitted and waiting for alterations.
Do yourself a favour go to a men's store and add another $100 to your costs and you will have something just as good and will last you for few years.

Massively disappointed is the service, walked in July got suit of the rack for my wedding it fit perfectly. Only problem they didn't have a shirt that fit me, so Gary the floor manager assures me that they can order it in no problem and they will call me, August comes around no phone call so I call and I amassured they don't see a shirt that needs to be ordered but they will order it right away. September rolls around no phone call so I call again still no shirt so now in October days before the wedding still no shirt. And I have bought it some where els. This place does not pay attention to small detail they'll will over look things and you will be disappointed, would not trust them for a wedding or any other event

Fair prices, friendly staff. I knew what I wanted going in and the lady was great about bringing out colour swatches so we could let the wedding party know exactly what colours to get. I love that they have sizes to rent for my toddler and for the larger guys in the family

Excellent service! Since I live out of town I contracted them via online chat and the response time was immediate. I told them what i was looking for and received pictures of a few samples via email within 1 hour. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. The older gentleman was spectacular, although the older lady refused to use my status card for some reason I've never heard? Aside from her trouble it was pleasant.

Service was GREAT but I'm not sure why people spend $200-300 to rent clothes when purchasing them can cost the same? And you get to keep it?

Service staff was great, they were crazy busy when I went in but made sure they looked after me as quickly as they could.

Little expensive, but they did a great job fitting all of the groomsman. The clothing was picked up clean, smelled great, felt even better.highly recommended when you don't want to worry. But the whole package was $247 with shoes, so a little steep. Another bonus is that you can get measured at any location and pick it up pretty much at any location as well. Great staff.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! With short notice they were still able to make it all happen.
