We rented suits for our daughters wedding, last weekend. We had men of all sizes and only 1 out of 6 suits were right! They never measured any of the men, we were running around getting shirts tailored the day before the wedding! The pants were too short too! On all but 2 suits. We had planned this perfect day for our daughter, I can honestly say there was not a single complaint regarding any of the other vendors we used! And I would never recommend Collins for any future business!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a suit. To start 4 of us went to get sized and the worker knew absolutely nothing had no clue on what sizes we were, missed measurements. Then upon picking up the suit it was not the size I ordered, they forgot my vest and gave me the wrong tie. They forgot the vest for the Groom and didn’t show any concern when they made the mistake. Leaving me with having to turn a normal tie into a bow tie and the groom with no vest. I will NEVER EVER set foot in this shop again and if this shop is on your list of potential spots run FAR FAR away you will not get what you need. I can not say this enough the worst suit shop I’ve ever been to bar none

Horrible experience with this place avoid at all cost, just adds headaches to the big day. They don’t even take ownership of there mistakes they truly don’t care. I don’t even think they know how to properly size just assume what you’d fit in.

We used Collins for suit rentals for the groomsmen of our best friends wedding. The guys were fitted and received a call the week prior to the wedding to pick up the suits, and upon trying them on, the majority of the party’s suits were incorrectly sized. This left very little time before the wedding to have the issue corrected and caused unnecessary stress. When they finally got the suits, pieces were missing including the groom’s vest. It was dealt with poorly and at least partial refunds should have been issued. Terrible experience

Suits are no worth the rental fee at all, just buy one for $300. Shoes were ripped, had to get re sized twice just a headache.

Walked in prepared to spend over 1000$ on a custom Tux. Staff was polite and courteous but said they are about 90% rentals and dont really offer any suits/tuxes for sale.
Found better selection elsewhere.

Never had better service shopping for a suit before. I’ve been to Collin’s twice before & even with the time gap between visits, the experience was still amazing.

Today I had the pleasure to be helped by the Store Manager Marse. I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly what she had for me. She helped me with a professional manner and was able to be personable to make the shopping experience that much better. The prices were great and Marse was able to help me maximize what I took home while staying in the original budget I mentioned.

I needed seven rental suits for a wedding recently and there was no end to the problems. My original wedding date was in 2020, which had to be postponed twice to 2022. For two years I was asked more than once to clarify when the postponed date was. In 2021 I was told over the phone that all my groomsmen needed to come back in for a refitting since it had been over a year since the last one. When my groomsmen went in to do that, most of them were told that their measurements were already on file, and they did not need to come in. The father of the bride needed a suit like the groomsmen and came in for measurements. Two weeks later I got a call saying he still needed to come in for measurements. It turns out they had him listed under father of the bride and groomsman simultaneously, which was clarified more than once by me that he was the father of the bride and not a groomsman. They could not find his measurements because they looked under the wrong file, until a call was made and after further investigation on their part, they noticed their mistake.

The only reason why I’m saying one and a half stars is because after the headache of dealing with them, every suit fit…except one of my groomsman’s. After spending too much money, in my opinion, one of my groomsmen had to wear his own suit to our wedding. After two years of constant clarification, many phone calls, and pointing out a mistake they made, not even all the suits fit like they should have. The level of disorganization was staggering. I would not rent suits from Collins in Windsor. Not now, and possibly not ever.
