Best pizza in Ottawa and always amazing service. Our go to for family dinner nights and always walk away happy.

I’m from out of town, (Alberta) came home, to meet up with my father at collinade, showed up at 5pm he wasn’t able to show up till 6: 30 due to prior arrangements so was running late, had two drinks and was cut off (didn’t say a word to anyone, was polite and cleared my bill to the waitress who was done shift and tipped 20%) went outside to meet my elderly dad in the parking lot bartender said your cut off as I was walking out (I don’t stumble or am I ignorant), was initially to pick up an pizza for my mother after dinner; I walked across the street and took my business to elsewhere, not gonna drop $100 in food, plus tip so I told my father to drive across the street, and we’ll have some bar food, had 1 drink across the street with our meal and took a pizza from there too my mother. Make better choices, I wasn’t driving as I cabbed, I was gonna buy enough food for my father to have food and didn’t have to make food, AND I was gonna bring a personal pizza to my mother before heading to my air BNB downtown. I’ll NEVER come to meet a family member again here, I’ll choose a higher priced restaurant, where they learn to not cut ppl off for two drinks for an hour and a half wait (father didn’t show up till 6: 30 I arrived at 5pm) I’m on days off; so don’t tell me I can’t have a few drinks when I spend the weeks sober NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, also invested in $20,000 a marketing business thinking about having a negative marketing towards collinade, if the owner wants to reach out a have a word reply to this review (I NEVER LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ONLY 20% or more to your workers)

So this is that good old fashioned kind of family pizza restaurant.
Pizza was great and it's been consistent for years. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, but if you're with a bunch of friends or a partner, you can all entertain yourselves anyway, in the wait stuff was wonderful.
My friends had the pizza and I had some pasta. It was very good.

My Favorite pizza place! My go to after evening shift. Maria is so kind and the pizza is always amazing with generous toppings. Love Colonnade Pizza! It's an Ottawa institution ️️

There are a lot of good pizza places in Ottawa, however, the best pizza for me has always been The Colonnade. There is something about that crust! We also had one of the friendliest and efficient servers, that made me think " this woman loves her job" amid a full house.

A bit disappointing compared to the Metcalfe St location. Pizza wasn’t as tasty and crust was too soft. I’ll be sticking with the Metcalfe location.

Just had the chicken parm and it was not what i remember. The cheese and sauce was mixed together in a mess on the parm and the sauce was tasteless. Portions have gotten way smaller as well. Wont go back unfortunately.

My favourite pizza and it's available only in the Ottawa area so I have to drive for six hours to get some. It's worth it a couple of times a year.

We moved from this area 40 years ago, and now drive from Rockland to get a taste of the best pizza in town!

Excellent pizza. Had a bit of a timezone foul up since I'm in from out of town and they were very understanding too.

Dreary and dated restaurant. Don't make meatballs or Caesar dressing from scratch. Got a funny look when I asked for a side of meatballs.
NO BACKGROUND MUSIC OR WIFI!? !? My first pint was cold and fresh but skunky, I sent it back and the server said the lines are clean and it's probably the glass? $12.95 for a 7" pizza.

Superb restaurant great quality pizza, a must here at Ottawa. Although their specialty is pizza but they also have some great addition in their menu such as the seafood platter. Highly recommended it

We have eaten here so many times and have always enjoyed our time there and the food is very good. Tonight was a different story and we won't be going back because their customer service has taken a big plunge. When we walked in, we ask for a table and the waitress told us to sit where we wanted then she proceeds to take the cutlery off the table after we sit down. She takes our drink order and my husband asks if there is any soup. Apparently they don't have soup anymore. Our drinks arrived and I asked for a straw and they don't have straws anymore. She asks if we are ready and when we tried to order, she takes off to serve another table. What was that all about? My husband asked the staff behind the counter what was going on and they looked at him like he had 3 heads. The waitress did come back and at that point we said we would go someplace else where they know how to serve their customers. Unbelievable that she would leave one table and rush off to another. Sorry Colonnade Pizza, you just lost a very good customer, we won't be back.

This place is so racist. Although food is good but the way they treated me and my freind for not being white or being middle eastern was not good. We just asked for napkins and lady was angry I gave you before.so give me more I am having chicken wings and soft pizza I need more.and there is no salt pepper ketchup anything on table dark resturent. Food service is quick but not a place for everyone.

It's ok, your typical Italian diner. The food is good just very basic. Toppings on the pizza are not plentiful and don't try to substitute anything from the menu or upgrade.you get charged full-price plus the price of the other dish. They've even run out of packets of ketchup for my fries and I had to order gravy. Club sandwich - was ok. Chicken parm.is probably the best option on menu for the price I'll continue to go, for a filler meal - only because it's comfort food.
