Colonnade Pizza Carling

Placed a large order for an office lunch. Not only was the customer service friendly, but the pizza was absolutely delicious and was ready for pickup right after the store opened. Kudos to the team for accomodating, will certainly return.

We had breakfast here about 3 weeks ago and were quite impressed. The sausages and bacon were exceptionally good. The home fries were lightly seasoned and my over-easy eggs were perfect. 5-Stars.
We had breakfast here this morning and were disappointed. The sausages were greasy and appeared to have been deep-fried. The bacon was dry and chewy. The home fries were over-seasoned and dry. Well. 2-Stars.

Bit into something hard in my pizza, it turned out to be a plastic eye off a doll or something. Doesn’t seem like something that happens by accident. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Excellent food, friendly service, a nice atmosphere, couldn't ask for anything more. Samira was an excellent server and very approachable. Our compliments to the cook as well, the pizza was delicious, I recommend the meat lovers very much. Just having recently moved to the west end, it is so nice to have a restaurant that we like and have it conveniently located, even within walking distance. Definitely will return.

We had a fairly large family reunion at the Colonnade. It was perfect for what we needed. On very short notice, they were able to accommodate our fairly large reunion. We were hoping to be outside in a picnic venue however we had to made last minute changes due to the forecasted weather. As always the food was great, the service was amazing and food arrived very promptly. I would not hesitate to gather again at the Colonnade. Big or small crowd they are always so accommodating.

Disgusting food and slow service, my chicken was grey and my fries were raw, left feeling extremely ill and got home just in time to throw up.

100% for every aspect of our visit. We were a group of 14 who had made a 6pm July 6 reservation initially at Swiss Chalet in the Fairlawn plaza, but that restaurant was closed tonight due to a power issue with their ovens and hadn't notified us. There was nothing they could do, so Swiss Chalet gave us a dozen coupons for a return visit. Colonnade was the nearest restaurant and I had heard good things about it, so we gave it a try.

When I asked Samira from Colonnade about hosting our group at the last minute, she said they were busy in the kitchen and perhaps it may be a bit longer wait for the food but we were most welcome. They set the tables together to seat all 14 of us, gave us water and we ordered appetizers. After we ordered pizzas to share and other great entrees. Samira made sure we had super service including a glutten free desert for our friend who was having his birthday. The food was delishious, prices were really reasonable. Thank you Samira and staff at Colonnade for saving our evening out and making it so very special. You're the best!

It's been a while since I've dined at one of their locations. Almost as good as I remembered, but the effects of the economy are evident in the overall portions of ingredients. Still a good dining experience, though.

My Mom And I went here for late lunch and ordered a Small Ceasar salad and Combination Pizza. The food was super delicious which came to our table pretty quick. The waitress was very pleasant and gave us amazing service. The atmosphere here is great, very clean restaurant.

Great place for bad mood days.

The food and service at Colonnade Carling is always great! One of my favorite places to go.

Worst sit down experience in Ottawa. Total dead zone. Lousy service long wait aweful food. And no apologies for it. Stick to pick up pizza at all costs because they do that well, just nothing else.

Bit on something hard and spit this metal piece out. Brought the pizza back to the restaurant and they refunded my money but they also asked me to email them a pic and my video for the owner. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. Why on earth wouldn't you respond to my email with an apology or promise to quality control moving forward? I'm seeing my dentist to ensure my molars are ok but can't help but wonder what damage I could have done had I swallowed this piece.

Unpleasantly surprised, my chicken parm arrived and looked good, but when I could cut into it, I realized it was horrible, never again, dry and tought. Sometimes ordering from a third party allows these restaurants to get away with 2 day old food, because your recourse is complicated. Keep that in mind! If you can't cook and don't like to I'm sure Canadian Tire across the street is hiring!

We were in Ottawa a couple weeks ago and I wanted a good pizza, so friend suggested Colonnade Pizza.

Delicious pizza, excellent and friendly service and reasonable prices. Lots of parking and a great place for a group event.

Service was excellent; fast, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the food was only okay; vegetarian pizza was somewhat bland and the hot chocolate was ordinary (maybe I should have had it with whipped cream, as offered).
