Had Tons Of Fun Painting My Own Pottery Mug. I Picked The Baby Fox Mug But I Changed The Baby Fox To A Wolf When I Painted It. I Would Definitely Recommend Everyone To Come Here & Bring Your Kids & Your Relatives Too. The Employee's & Owner & Staff Are Polite & Welcoming Too

I had a great time here with my group of friends. I do wish they offered some help/assistance with how to paint.

Very friendly and helpful service. A good way to spend an afternoon with a child or friend on a rainy day. Little bit pricey though.

Moment très agréable! Beaucoup de choix de poteries à peindre et un large éventail de couleurs. Lieux calme et propice à la détente. Il manquait, selon moi, une petite musique d'ambiance pour créer l'atmosphère parfaite.

Good times! Nice to take a break and art. Staff is very friendly and turn arround time for your art to be cooked is good.

There was 5 of us, including 2 children and we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had the best day and we were there about 4 hours including a break for lunch in the food court. We would certainly do it again.

We had so much fun creating in this well organized and well-stocked studio! Our group was large, but there was plenty of room in the back for us. The staff were super friendly, and when our items were ready, they had taken the time to separately bag and label each masterpiece to it's owner. Very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail.

We made reservations for a group of 5 adults on a weekday evening. Arrived, the table was set up by a friendly staff member.
She explained how it worked at it was our first time (selecting the ceramics, everything included in the cost, how to paint and where the paint was).
We had a very enjoyable time. The reason I give 3 stars is because of things we found out as we were finishing our painting.
Some of us were working with detailed ceramics and designs; we were unaware they had paint that was for detailing (like a pen). This would have saved us so much time and made our produccts look significantly better had we known. The staff member only mentioned the brush paints.
The second thing was when she introduced us to the ceramics, all we were told was to select it and begin painting. We were disappointed in the lack of selection (everything seemed to be novelty items). There were no simple basic ceramics like platters or mugs, except for the pet food bowls.
It was nearly empty but we assumed that if they had the product surely it would be out on display, so we didn't inquire further.
A couple hours later, others show up and ask along the lines of "do you have any basic mugs? " And she brings out so many items that weren't on display. We asked her about this and she responded "you should have asked: D! "
Again this was a weekday, and basically dead, so you'd think there'd be an opportunity to put at least a model of each item they had.
The ceramics took a week & pick up was quick. The final product was very nice, just disappointed that we weren't given all the information or product.
I would return some time again, but perhaps to their other location instead. It's a great group activity for all ages & I found the prices to be very reasonable.
