It was a holiday and many people in the store. All the clothes and shoes were in disarray and it was impossible to find either the right size or the right color.

Great store, great discounts, bought a winter jacket for my daughter today. Very satisfied, the quality is bomb.

3 months ago, we visited this location and were highly pleased with the exceptional service quality of Tristan.
Based on our previous experience, we also went this evening to the same location. Unfortunately, we noticed highly unprofessional and EXTREMELY POOR management and service quality at this location.
The cashier, Jade, served us and from the beginning was rude, unprofessional and inexperienced in processing appropriate discount codes. At one point, she was confused and pretended that she is going to fix it with her manager but it was an EYEWASH. She didn’t fix anything and FALSELY told us it was done.
We also informed the duty manager, Moses, about the whole situation, but he was initially HOSTILE, NEGLIGENT, and BIASED to her, for unknown reasons. It looks like he was least concerned about the image and reputation of the company.
Our family wasted about an HOUR of our valuable time to settle that issue. The concerned cashier OVERCHARGED more than $47 for a $320 invoice.
We are requesting customers to be more VIGILANT and DOUBLE CHECK their receipts to make sure they are not overcharging other customers, like us.
