Columbia Sportswear Company Employee Store

I think the idea of "by invitation only" makes people believe that you're getting amazing deals. Granted, merchandise is likely less than retail but not as inexpensive as some may think. A plus is that nowhere else can you find a store with only Columbia items, so if you're shopping specifically for Columbia clothes and all associated brands then this store is great.

Dangerously fun place to shop. Great deals, great clothing. Friendly staff. Never disappointed

It was our first time there it was good my husband got 4 shirts he was proud that he found something new to wear!

Make sure you have a valid invitation or they will not let you in the store. Thought i was welcome as a member of Liuna 1059, apparently not. What a waste of time.

This is a outlet, or demo store, or test store. Note it is employees and invite only. Prices are good, outlet prices, but it's invite only. If you don't have an invite the Columbia website is really good alternative and amazing deals. I get $70 shirts for $29. I love thier 2x and 3x clothes, they are designed for sturdy big men, they fit perfectly.

Great place for Columbia clothing. The staff are very helpful. Things are very pricey but they had great sales on most items. This is an invite only location, which is kind of a bummer.

Update your website. Winter storm. Checked your website. Said open 930 am. Drove across town to get a note on your door. Closed until Jan 3? Are you kidding me? Not ok. And was planning to buy a tonne of items.

I don't think I've ever visited a retail store that had friendlier staff. Absolutely blown away by their customer service.

Lovely sorel slippers, less lovely shipping/return fees.
I sized up as per the reviews, but they were too big. Shipping fees are 7$, return fees are also 7$. I am not willing to pay 21$ of fees in total for slippers. I contacted customer service and they will not accommodate an exchange. I will not order from the Sorel website again.

I go to the Columbia employee store probably once a year through my employer promotions and like to get a few things. There's definitely some good deals to be had for quality products that are made locally, which is a nice way of supporting a London based company. I find that even though some of the products seem thin they still manage to keep me warm all year round. I have bought pants, various jackets, sweaters, and shoes throughout the years and most items have stood the test of time. The only reason it's three stars for me is I sometimes have difficulty finding my size for clothing, do it can be a little disappointing but otherwise I'm happy with everything. I'll continue to go once it twice a year but I don't think I could ever pay full retail price as I'm kinda cheap, LoL.

Big store with a lot of good quality clothes. Can nab some pretty good deals is you look for sales. Overall stuff is rather expensive, but it is good quality stuff.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Products were great, and although being a closed event, the customers were not the neatest yet the staff were quick to keep the store look neat and tidy and keep what seemed very sincere smiles on.

Terrible selection and shoulder to shoulder busy. Not safe! Trust me what ever your "discount" is.the prices are not warehouse prices and you probably won't find the shoe you want in your size.
NOT WORTH THE WAIT

Staff was really friendly and helpful but the store just shows the MSRP and then gives you a "discount" on it. Found the exact same jacket I bought there online (Colombia brand) for the same price I purchased at the employee store. For those that aren't aware, it's a common trick places that want to give the allusion of discount do with Manufacture Suggested Retail Price cause they can really put any number there. Still 4 stars cause it is high quality and the staff were really great but don't fool yourself that it's a crazy deal.

Good deals and a great store for Columbia, Mountain Hardwear and Prana. But you can only shop there if you get a special invitation. It would be nice if everyone could be invited.

Good deals but still not real cheap I find the outlet in Windsor better prices but not always up to date on the newest styles

Got invitation from work. Brought a friend. Front desk lady said big sale was happening Signs everywhere saying 30% off. Went to pay, clerk said NONE OF IT WAS ON SALE. Returned an item next day. Gary at the front desk was very rude and barked at me when I stepped out of line. Not going back.

After the reply from the owner, I did reach out and emailed them so the team could respond, but it's been several months now and no response. So I guess it wasn't that important to them after all.

I purchased a winter coat for my 5yo. First day it was worn the zipper split and the coat was defective. It was less than 60 days from the original date of purchase, I had the reciept and tags with me. I had full intentions of exchanging it in store for the exact same coat. I was instead sent next door to Warranty. I was told they could send the coat away to have the zipper fixed  however would be some time before I would get the coat back. I was not happy with this solution because it was a brand new coat and defective immediately. I explained I intended on purchasing a new one right away. The receptionist went and spoke with the customer service manager, came back and told me I would be getting store credit. Which was fine as I could go get my daughter her coat next door. Then I find out that the store credit is not good at the employee store. That it can only be used online. And that it would take 2-4 weeks for me to get that credit and then probably take another 2-4 weeks to get my daughters coat. Columbia expects me to either leave my 5yo without a winter coat for 4-8 weeks or go out of pocket to purchase another coat while I wait for them to inspect the damaged the coat and issue me a credit. And this is classified as customer service from the customer service manager.are you kidding me! I am luckily that I can afford to have a backup winter coat for my kids. There are many people out there who can barely afford to buy their child 1 winter coat, let alone another winter coat to wait on Columbia. So unless Columbia is in the business of leaving kids without warm coats for months I would recommend reviewing your warranty policies.

Lots of variety to choose from, however, once things are sold they don’t have any extra coming in. I was trying to buy winter boots however they did not have my size and I ended up having to order a different style online. The online shipment was super quick when the estimated time frame was 5-7 business days. I got my shipment within 2 business days after placing my online order.

This was my first time there and with the thing's I purchased I found the discounts to be reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go there again.

We were asked for an invitation. We had no clue, even someone offered to take us in on their invitation coz we waited for more than an hour in the queue, so whosoever is going to this outlet carry an invitation

Lots of good deals even tho it was the second to last day of the employee sale. I'm not an employee but my company gets access to the employee sale. Quality of the Columbia products is stellar. Everything that I've bought thru them in the last 4 yrs still looks like it did the day I bought it. I had a small hole beside the zip in my coat and found to my delight they have a warranty on their jackets!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful but I have to give a special shoutout to the shoe lady. I forget her name but I know her son's name was Colton! She was so super helpful and her knowledge and service really cemented probably an extra $500 in sales the day we visited.

I had a very positive experience Herr! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The sizing was very limited so it was sometimes hard to find sizing in the items I wanted but otherwise it was an amazing experience! Thank you to all the Columbia staff!

Went with friends from Columbia invitation. Very pricy on all times. Went for outside extension and find some samples with acceptable prices.
