Be sure you tell them exactly what you have down to the types of metals and clean everything of all non metal properties. Anything sent to general scrap is charged as “shredding tin” for less than a cent per pound. Don’t let them send you to general scrap and don’t be afraid to argue what you have. I Dropped off an entire stove, 4 bikes, 2 bbqs, car parts, bar bells an 80 pound table entirely composed of steel and much much more. 521 pounds of scrap and made 62 dollars as it was all punched in as shredding tin. Will definitely not be doing my scrap runs here in the future.

The yard workers are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. For a scrape yard the place is neat and clean. No worries of getting a flat tire while in there yard.

Service was quick and friendly. For a scrap yard its pretty tidy compared to other local yards! I was sceptical about driving my new truck in pulling a trailer. But it was fine.

This is my go-to spot for returning scrap. Nowhere else in town is easier or has better returns. Also, the staff, from their dispatch over the phone, to the ladies in the cash out booth, to all the employees I've met in the yard, are always helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that I've picked up a screw in my tire once or twice, but I don't think I can say I'm surprised by that, it is a scrap metal yard afterall. 5 star rating for 5 star service:)

Excellent customer service from the guys in the yard when dropping off scrap. The ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful during my first visit and while cashing out. Great place. Will be back again!

Guys were very helpful and friendly. Guys in the hut were especially great. Took the time to explain different metal groups and how I could receive more by sorting differently. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend visiting this place for any scrap metal.

Be nice to know if open monday the civic holiday? Other than hours may differ on site. You can not view your weights as being g weighed on indoor scale, clean cast and low copper frying pans only being payed. 07 cents a pound, you may as well shred it with the stainless and plastic handles still on. If you take a pic of scale weight going in time dated and coming out take another pic of scale weight. They usually do not add up. If you tally all your weight. Try it and see.
