My order took a really long time to receive as it was backordered. The estimated time of delivery (because of backorder) was a month and the product came in about 2 months. The product itself was of good quality, the price was right and the communication/customer service was very good throughout the process however. I never felt like I was left hanging. All in all, a good experience.

The caps I ordered were great quality. The service could not have been better. I will be ordering T-Shirts soon!

We have ordered our church calendars from Comda for the last 10 years. We have been very please with the customer service and quality of the calendars. We give them out to our members, weekly vistors, and to the vistitors to our Fall Festival. Comda also has a large supply of promotional items that we have used from time to time. We especially like their deals on ink pens.

Ordered calendars in July and didn't get them until end of October. Most were damaged and shorted us 100 more. Refused to make it right and wanted us to wait another 3 to 4 weeks just to make them. No one needs a new calendar after the new year. Horrible customer service.

We have ordered multiple items from Comda. The calendars are popular because we have the option to order different ones. Our customers really like them and request them. We have also order pens and flashlight key tags. They are popular as well. We are very pleased with Comda.

I would avoid using this company as their customer service team moves slow, poorly communicate and are not very educated on their product or services (i.e. What the back closure of the hat is). Website is dated and I've had issues with the product as well (i.e. Thread pulls and glue residue). I would suggest using another supplier.

I have ordered calendars in the past with satisfaction. I have not received my 2021 calendars yet and it is now Dec 6th 2020. The order said delivery before the end of November. I have not received an email or phone call sharing the status of my order. I am the one calling to check on my order status. I do find this frustrating. Hope to receive my calendars soon.

We received (this am) an open box containing 11 calandars. All but 1 is damages, bent or torn. We are waiting on the second box to see what is what. I will say, after many years, this is the first time having any issues,

Not recommended! I ordered some calendars and was told it would take 2 -3 weeks. I called after 5 weeks and was told calendars were in production. After 7 weeks I was told calendars were enroute. When I expressed my disappointment in the delay, I was told I took to long to place my order. I could have accepted a simple explanation or apology but not turning it back on the customer. Will not be using Comda in the future.

Our church used Comda to make branded face masks with our logo. The quality of the print was very poor and we cannot use it. They have not returned calls or emails and are not replacing the product. We are very disappointented and will not use this company again.

If I could leave less I would. I started out placing my first order with Comda Canada for custom calendars on 17 Sep, here it is Oct 31 and I do not have them. I was told I would have them by the end of this week, I do not. Nor do I have a timeline of when they will be printed, when they will be mailed or when I can expect to have them. I have been met with a lack of information and no replies to my questioning other than "I have emailed our production Supervisor to provide an ETA". This year more than others, business is hurting, delays and overruns on deadlines effect the bottom line, if you can not provide items in a timely manner get out of the business. My experience has been nothing but one of frustration, I will not use Comda again, if you are thinking about using them you should seriously consider someone else too.

Absolutely the slowest when it comes to making and sending product. We put in a small order to test the waters with COMDA before committing to anything significant as we never used them before. Order went in on November 14th.here it is January 17th and it still isn't here. When we contact customer service they don't have any insights as to what the status is (other than in progress). Had one customer service person tell me they had been working overtime since November.if your over-capacity don't take more orders until you have your lead times down to 14 days or less. We put an order for the exact same items in with our regular supplier and our regular supplier turned it around in less than 10 days. 10 days vs.over 2 months.guess who is going to get the big order.not COMDA.

What a joke. Order over a month a go still no product. Canceled tonight told them to keep it, if it even was produced. Sent many emails.

We had plans for a contest and these guys screwed us up big time. It's not like they are the best and cheapest place it was their ads that caught me hook line and sinker.

The calendar you are associated with is an old retread and needs updating with more Canadian dates. Remove American presidents, King Jr. Add Sir John A. 's birthday, maybe Laurier's, and include other famed Canadians.
