Customer Service is excellient, respectful and prompt. Housekeeping team are organized and well-mannered.

Close to everything we needed. Very nice staff. Great restaurant right next door. Will definitely return.

Was a ground floor unit. Carpets felt damp walking on them, and were visibly dirty. Key cards did not work on outside doors due to the moisture of the night. Def not worth the money paid. Very disappointed.

Stayed here for months at a good rate for work, then without notice they upped the rate almost double. My coworker still paid the lower rate, yet manager was ignorant about it basically called me a liar. I seen his invoice myself and he was charged way less than me. They would not adjust my charges so I won’t be returning. I only stayed there because it was cheap. The rooms stink and the cleaning is very poor.
The new rate they charged me, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, is ridiculous. I can get a room at a nicer place with a full breakfast and swimming pool for cheaper. They just lost a few customers from my work crew
Also I should add…. Back in November I had a few hundred$ cash stolen from my locked room. 2 girls at front desk had determined the only person that was near that room with a key during that time was a new maid who they were already sceptical of…. Nothing was done about it, never heard another word from anyone even tho they said I would be contacted by the manager ‍️

Great place to stay, beds are hard but that's what I like. Staff is awesome and the location is perfect, if you can't find a good place to eat on that street.you are too picky lol

Rates were decent and for the most part room was clean, however I found a water bottle cap between the bed and nightstand and a used plastic cup between the couch and the window Soni slightly question the quality of the cleaning job but no major reason issues. The biggest issue was I had a room about 4 rooms from the stairwell and the door at the stairs makes a loud click and thud. This didn't seem like an issue until I was trying to sleep and it seemed like that door was being operated every 30 mins all night. So I didn't get the greatest sleep.

Room was clean and tidy. Shower functioned good however drained slowly from tub. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Would stay again.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. Our horrible experience began when we arrived on a Thursday evening and were handed a list of rules as we were in town for a hockey tournament. I understood completely and there were no problems until Friday evening when I was woken up at midnight with a room call by a very rude manager who abruptly told me our entire hockey team was being vacated from the premises and local authorities were notified, who then hung up before I could respond. Police did arrive to a quiet hotel to their surprise and no one was evicted. The morning after we all received our bill even though we pre-booked until that Sunday, which meant the rest of the stay for all of us was cancelled. We notified the hockey tournament convenor and recommend they completely remove this venue from their suggested places to stay. Now that I had this experience I will NEVER stay at a Choice Hotels International location again, even if it's for personal travel.

Nice hotel room was clean and efficient for your needs. The front desk service was excellent. Deborah went to great lengths to ensure your needs were met. Very nice experience.

Room was nice and clean, bed and furniture was in good shape. Hotel was quiet, check-in and out went flawlessly. Lots of food options near by. Everything considered, a very nice stay. Would stay again.

It smells horrible, tape over the fire alarm, bed is terribly uncomfortable, cold, walls are so thin you hear everything. Do not stay here.

Poor customer service took deposit ahead of stay.when we arrived l did not have something with address so they turned us away.had to find other accommodations.it was not specified on my booking confirmation.
