Friendly service, clean and big enough room, very reasonable breakfast with enough options. Convenient 1st floor rooms with exit to the parking.

Clean and comfy beds, fluffy pillows, the complimentary buffet breakfast had lots of choices that my kids enjoyed

Really nice and updated rooms. Bed was very comfortable! Everything felt very clean. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby. Lots of options for breakfast! Would stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights, it's supposed 150$ per night and total I got charged 1000$ for 3 night. Stinky carpet, dirty bathroom. 2 stars hotel? Not even a stars I will want to give. Toilet paper was running out when i came in. The patio door are not sturdy and dirty window. The bedsheet is so white that you could smell the bleech they put in. Maybe Motel would sound better and got scam 1000$ for 3 nights, you better go somewhere else. Don't let their photos fool you. Not clean at all and the TV channel will cut off constantly. Not worth it, not recommended. Not pet friendly at all! Shame on the owner of this hotel!

Stopped by to use the Ivy Charging station for electric cars, which is pretty much the only one in town. A huge truck was parked right in front and blocking the 4 stations. When going to the hotel’s front desk to ask if the truck could be moved, the hotel’s front desk employee would not do anything to help. She mentioned she did not know who the truck belonged to and refused to take action until her manager started her shift. The man standing beside the lady stood there without saying a word and also did not seem to want to help. They just stood inactive and did not care, although an unknown truck was parked on the hotel property blocking access to clients to charge.
Although we did not stay at the hotel, the charging docks are associated to the hotel and by default are also the responsibility of the hotel employees to at least provide access to them. Their inaction reflected carelessness and incompetence.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, paper cups for coffee and plastic cups for something cold; and there was a nice table and wardrobe closet as well as accessible parking and I think there was a charging station for EV cars on the left just before you drive up the slope to the front entrance. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again, especially since there's a Tim Hortons just steps down the street, a European Bakery and Cafe eatery a short drive away along with some major stores like Walmart nearby. Nice location.

The bed sheets smelled like someone had slept in them, the carpet smelled bad and the hair dryer was in pieces while plugged in causing a potential hazard. For $230 a night I would expect more.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included, and there were some decent self serve options. The employee working in the breakfast area was very friendly and even explained how to use the waffle maker. You could tell he took a lot of pride in his space, keeping everything cleaned/organized. The area is a great location and you can walk to the downtown. (Coming back is uphill thou) The room was clean and suitable for a couple overnight. The shower pressure was weak but typical for a hotel. We would return to this location.

What you would expect from a Comfort Inn. At this location:

Staff: very friendly.

Overall Appearance: overall a bit run down.
Bedroom: on arrival the room definitely needed to be aired out, musty smell from the old carpet. Sprayed a deodorizer on the entire carpet and bought one of those room deodorizer to place on the desk. A scented candle also made a big difference.

Bathroom: good, clean nothing special.

Breakfast: same as you would expect.

The customer service is horrible we went to complain bc the beds were dirty as if someone slept in it, we found blood on the bed sheets and pee stain, the customer service blamed us for the dirty bed, we found mold in the mini fridge, and maggots in the shower handle, the rooms are dusty and when u turn on the Ac it smelt like burnt hair. When we went to complain to the front desk they went on the defence as if this has happens to them multiple time. The workers in comfort in are so unprofessional. When I slept It was hard to breath as if I had asthma which I don’t. Don’t come here it overpriced for a horrible experience I had to stay up all night and couldn’t get a good rest. Bugs every where, only come here is u want to have a horrible night.

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. All staff were excellent and wonderful to interact with. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again

I would give no stars if possible, ordered a room with my dog and on the site it said I could get a room with my dog, drive 4 hours to be denied because they didn’t have any rooms left even know I booked a week in advance, didn’t make any accommodations or help me left me stranded.

Very friendly service. Large clean rooms. Lots of AC power & USB outlets. Keurig & fridge in room are pluses.

The shower and toilet zero star very dirty and moldy. The bed was comfy but the blanket had blood stain on it. It's way too expensive. Find so much better deals elsewhere.

We stayed here as my 80 year old husband was having a knee replacement at the Owen Sound Hospital. I understood the Inn had some special consideration with persons having surgery. We would only pay for the nites we stayed. We did not know when the doctor would release my husband. He was released after lunch. I went to book our if the Inn at 16: 10 hrs. Apparently because there was no cleaning staff after 16: 00 hrs. I had to pay for another nite, which we did not use. The supervisor at the Inn, also could not give me a receipt as they would not be printed off until the next day. I feel when I called to book I was very clear that my stay would be two nites and maybe three but not sure until after the surgery. This was fine with the person I was talking to.
The nite staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful.
All I can say to anyone considering staying here.
Get all the facts because apparently I did not.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room has all the facilities, like - fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc.the room has nice patio and two queen beds. The breakfast was also good, people are there to immediately fill the empty plates. Overall experience was very nice
