Comfort Inn

I am at this hotel at least two weeks a month. Pam the hotel contact I always book with is great. The breakfast is alway hot Debbie does a great job on it. A few weeks ago I was sent a choice invitation to leave a review on a different motel, when the link went to the site it directed me to this motel instead of the original invite motel. If choice can delete that review it would be great. Choice make sure your links go to the proper motel. The Orillia motel is one of the best in the choice system.

Air quality was off in rooms and halls. Didn't know if it was mositure or a clear that they use but left a musty smell in air. Rooms were in good condition and the staff was helpful and friendly. Large amount of parking and right of the hiway close to many restaurants.

Great value for the price. Room.was great, staff was friendly. Anytime I'm in the area this will be my first choice.

The Comfort Inn Orillia is your average hotel. The rooms aren't great, the bathrooms are outdated, the beds are old, broken, and REALLY squeaky. That being said, it's the staff that make this place better than your average hotel. I'd like to start by mentioning the wonderfully amazing and cheerful lady at the front desk named Pam. Pam is phenomenal. She's got a very cheery, happy to help make your stay the best stay possible attitude. I've been here for 2 weeks, and she's been happy at every second to help me with issues with my room, needing more supplies, and even allowing me to have juice long after breakfast has ended. That kind of stuff, is the stuff that makes me choose a place like this, over a nice expensive marriot. We also had a younger woman originally check us in, who's name was Shelby. She was polite and friendly as well. Furthermore, I'd really like to mention how amazing the housekeeping staff are. They do an excellent job of preparing and cleaning the rooms, as well as being friendly when you wake up and see them in the morning, or ask them for something in the halls. The location is semi decent, being close to resturants, and activities like bowling and billiards, but also right beside the main road, so the quietness of your room will depend on which side of the hotel you're on. Other than that, it's your typical hotel as I said. TVs are really small, and the breakfast isn't bad compared to some of my other stays. Thanks to everyone, Pam especially for the good stay.

What an absolutely beautiful inn. Fantastic service. Updated classy rooms, tastefully decorated, great toiletries, awesome breakfast and no typical inn smell! The bed was comfy, the sheets were soft and pillows I'd love to own! What a great place to stay!

Check in staff was amazing helped out with everything! Super friendly and attentive I travel 95% of the year stay at slot of choice hotels and the staff here was the best I've came across. Now onto hotel its self I find all comfort inns are getting a little run down but that is of no fault of the staff. But for an affordable room
it does the trick! Great job we will be back!

Would not recommend this hotel since it accepts pets and of course, can’t control irresponsible pet owners. The dog in the room next to us has been barking for over an hour since we got here while its owners are out for the night. We were not offered another room or any compensation. Put your dog in a kennel if you have no one to look after it when you go out. Or put a muzzle on it while you’re out. Or don’t go out while you travel. I don’t have a dog and I don’t want to listen to yours at midnite barking away especially for the price I had to pay to stay here. Ridiculous.
The bed is a little hard and the heaters are loud - which actually came in handy for the few minutes it was on to drown out the barking for a bit. Also, there is a lot of traffic noise since it’s right on the highway. But the rooms are clean!

Bed was soft and sagged towards center. Lots of dirt on floors but there were lot of service vehicals in lot so.
The T. V is BAD. Pleasant girl at checkin!
