Place looks like it's falling apart. Tried to solve an issue with front desk on phone and they just hang up on you. The food served in the morning was absolutely disgusting. Showers were absolutely horrible.

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. Carpeting in hallway was threadbare and looked filthy. I assume it was clean but very old. The room layout was typical but everything is so old and dingy. Furniture needs replacing. Bathroom needs to be completely renovated. And pethaps a fee more amenities. The only good thing was the staff were helpful and very friendly.

This Comfort Inn offers a very good value proposition for those passing through. We spent a night here en route to Toronto, and found the size of the room and bed, the cleanliness, and the facilities and amenities very agreeable considering the relatively low price.

Door to my room was wide open when I arrived for a late check-in. No idea who had been in the room since housekeeping left. Deadbolt wouldn't close at all, so had to rely on only the ball-and-latch mechanism to secure the door. Old washcloth left on the shower rod from a previous guest.

Best place to stay! We enjoyed our time being there. Rooms are clean and service is good! If you are looking for pleasant stay, I would recommend this place.

When we arrived, they made us wait 1 hour 30 minutes for check in because rooms are not available. We cancelled and walked out. Other guests were having issues with wifi and door lock not working. The employees here are indian students who never experienced customer service and real canadian experience at a hotel.
Dont expect to check in here at the price you paid for because you will be scammed 1 to 2 hours of your room time which you paid full price for.

TRUST ME AVOID THIS SCAM PLACE and book at 4 points hotel 2 streets away for same price zone with 10 times better service, atmosphere, and supoort the canadian professionally operated hotels.

We booked a room here through hopper and this never happeNed to us. Their booking said cash deposit or credit card. Our card was not working. So we offered cash deposit. But the receptionist was so rude to us. We travelled 2 hours to this place. Instead of helping us out here she just kept repeating one line we take credit card, we take credit card. And now am left with no room to stay as all hotels are booked. I would give zero stars to service.

Great place. Big king bed room with patio doors. Perfect if you have pets as there is a large garden to walk the dogs on site. Great shower. Great service. A good find!

Stayed for the night and can't really complain. The beds were pretty firm so not my cup of tea. The room was a great size and the ac worked.

I got a room with a king bed, the floors in the room are wood and not carpet which I love! Whole room was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at so far this year! I will for sure be back again when I’m down here.

Clean and newly renovated rooms. Breakfast in the morning is a great added bonus. Fruit, bread, eggs, yogurt.

Not recommended. Horrible service (front desk), smaller rooms and not that clean. We left after the 1st night and went to the Hilton suites on Jamieson.

This place was appalling.the floors were left in such an unkept condition that it left black dirt on the bottoms of your feet.the towels were stained yellow.the price per night seemed to change every day.we found at least 3 cockroaches in the bathroom.woke up to spiders in our shoes.dirty sheets and stuff left from last people that stayed.and so much more.i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed there 2 nights the bed was was comfy the breakfast was good in the morning but the carpets were disgusting with stains and we never had our room made up no bed made no clean towels

I have not been in Cambridge for almost 30 years, and I came back for a visit.lots of changes.so I need a cheap, clean, decent hotel.and let me tell ya, this place didn't disappoint.great price.friendly staff.clean rooms. Hot shower.wonderful free breakfast. I'm really impressed and will definitely stay here again when I come back. Thank you, Comfort Inn, for the amazing stay.

Adequate for the rate, which is absolutely fine. Clean rooms and friendly reception. If you're looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay, this suits its purpose. A little noisy with people running up and down the halls, but this was the guests, not a problem with the management.

I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were, especially being beside a hwy. It met our needs for cleanliness comfort and quiet.

Smokers requested ground floor level they put us on the 2nd floor. So instead of stepping Is a patio door to have a smoke. Head to walk halfway across the building And down To the main floor. Was not impressed. The room was booked a little over a month and a 1/2 in advance.

First the front desk last laughed at my last name not a good start room was pre booked checking took forever
Get to the room to find no coffee maker
Room smelled bad had to go shopping to get air freshener for the room
Window sill was dirty
Stains on roof in main room as well as bathroom
Tub had no plug to even take a bath
Keep getting woken up by doors slaming

They dont clean the room! Pay attention to all reviews! This place is a joke and should be closed down! Can't believe this place is still open.

Would not stay there again.we stayed at the Comfort Inn in Cambridge, Ontario (220 Holiday inn drive) for one night after attending a New years eve party. First thing we noticed was the sink was plugged and drained very slowly. Also the floor near the window was dirty and stained.
We slept ok and left the room clean After we checked out (we even made the bed)
A few days later I checked my Credit card statement and found that I was charged $50.00 extra, on top of the room rate for an apparent damaged towel. As far as I know we didn't damage anything and $50.00 for a towel?
I made a call to the hotel and after a few calls I was able to talk to the manager about how ridiculous it is to charge $50.00 for a towel. The manager called me back about an hr later an told me he could refund me $40.00. I was tired of calling back and fort about this and excepted the $40.00. At least I have most of my money back. I guess they try this with every customer and hope they will not complain. In my case, I will not stay there again after this bad experience.

Checked in my son (age 24), wonderful service at front desk. They told me they would look after him if he needed anything.

What a peach deanna is. So rude, unhelpful and breathes heavily into the phone. She sounds like shes either worked there to long or she didn't get her smoke break. I called to ask a simple question and she was so ignorant to me. My phone auto records calls ill be sending that off to the hotels gm. She needs to work on customer service.
