Poor customer service stinky rooms customer service representative should be trained on how to speak to paying guests.

Worst hotel i have ever seen. The lady receptionist with glasses doesn’t know how to treat the customers. I just wasted money there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, their staff doesn’t know how to talk with guest.

Do not stay at this Inn, very dirty, garbage over flowing outside, looks like there are people living there monthly, small families in a small room with a bunch of toys in parking lot, looks like low cost housing. Hallways ditty stains on the carpets, smell of tobacco in both rooms and hallways. Mold in bathroom walls. The bed had hairs of previous guest and stains on the sheets. Door didn't close properly, security VERY POOR, outside lighting poor very dark areas. Beer cans on the ground and smell of drugs through the night. The back padio door didn't lock properly. Windows filthy, with nicotine stains eve though it was a non smoking room. Pool IS NOT OPEN DRAINED. Not a safe environment for adults with kids very unsafe, very sad I stayed here 3 yrs ago it wasn't like this I will never stay at ANY COFORT INNS. Also they put a hold on my credit card 360 for each room there was 2 and the rate was 210 tax in, had to wait 4 days for it to clear and they charge me 360 they are thief. Very very poor customer service. AGAIN DO NOT STAY THAT THIS INN.

Super sketch hotel, and only stayed here for business because it was the only hotel with availability. Front desk wasn't very helpful or friendly. Continental break was available, but if the kitchen is clean as the rooms then I'd skip it. Room and bathroom were not very clean upon check-in. The entrance up the stairway, the hallways, and room all smelled weird. At night, there were folks hanging out of their patio doors smoking and just lingering around. During the morning and day, there were families running and hanging around the parking lots.

First impression when pulling into the parking lot was that seemed something sketchy about this place. The building seemed a bit run down, the parking lot not well maintained, rickety old fence in the back with weeds all about, building door frames rusting, uneven pavement, etc.

Checked in on a Friday evening, went to the room assigned. Immediately noticed a damp/musty/mouldy smell within the room, the bed was not flat (one would sleep with their feet elevated), and there was a piece of wood sticking out from the mattress supports, perfect for injuring your shin on. Decided that we would not be staying at this hotel. Requested a refund - was told only a manager could approve a refund, no manager on site until after the long weekend. Information about concerns were provided, was told the manager would make contact on Tuesday. Left the property at this time (on site for maybe 15 minutes).

No word by Tuesday afternoon, called hotel - manager 'not available - busy on another call', was told best thing to do is send an e-mail. Immediately sent an e-mail. By Wednesday still no response, called hotel - again the manager was 'unavailable'. Called 'Choice Hotels Customer Service' line to express concerns, received a case number and was assured that they would advise the manager to call me. Again - no response, by Thursday afternoon called Customer Service again, who advised me that their records showed that the concerns were addressed by the manager - that I was called and accepted 4000 hotel points as compensation. This, of course, was an absolute lie! I received no such call, and who in the right mind would accept 4000 points as compensation instead of a $200 refund!? Checked my 'points balance' and the manager couldn't even cover up the lie by adding 4000 points. Finally had to escalate my concerns with the Customer Service Center. I repeated my concerns for a discussion with the manager to Customer Service. I called the hotel on Friday, the manager again was 'unavailable' was told she is off work Friday. Called back a bit later and pretended to be someone else, and was told she was there, but busy.more lies.and she still hasn't called me back or answered my e-mail.

The manager, Priti, has proven to be a liar and a crook who does not give priority to customer service or satisfaction. This hotel is in a poor state of disrepair. It almost looks like they are trying to squeeze every penny out of it before it's demolished. Apparently it's independently owned and operated as a Choice Hotel franchise. It's run by liars, crooks and thieves. - BEWARE!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - As another reviewer suggested - you're better off sleeping in your car!

Dont go there! Staff and manager dorsn t understand anything. Booked a room for a business guest who was in room 152and they are charging me for room 145 with almost double the price! My guest explained them for an hour. They called me and said they would fix it. When i hung up they told my guest they will not! They can t understand to even tell mu guest she changed her room with someone! They are plain stupid! Manager never called me so i drove there. I explained again the charge is not for my guest room, a somewhat manager came very rude without listening was saying No. The IDIOT called the police cause she can t deal with a complaint and i screamed at her! Police came he was smart and immediately understood the issue with my bill proof. The room charge they ask for me is 279$ a night! That s a comfort inn not a top Hotel! I knew other guest and all the same room was charged different price $154, $187, $279. They are bad and can t even understand plain english!
Manager Priti should be fired she has no customer skills and to call the police! Cmon! She right off the bat didn t listen the issues

Update, looked at my credit card they put 4 charges for $1600! They are fraud! 2 night stay!

Update 2- Now they are at $1800 charges on my CC

Worst comfort inn around kids running up and down hallway staff is horrible and tv didn't work. I will never be back
