Comfort Inn

I wanted to thank so much the 2 ladies at the front desk approx 7am on Nov 5. They made our stay better!
Unfortunately we didn't get theit names! We had to leave our campsite Killbear for the night due to power outage! We checked in at this location. We wanted to get a good rest but they were kids running through the hall back & forth one even knocked our door! We were told over the phone there's a hockey team staying. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone the Staff were amazing!

In the past I have had no brand loyalty, choosing on price and availability. As it happens This trip landed with Parry Sound Comfort Inn. I just wanted to say that every aspect of the visit exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless.they provided a TV channel guide. There was a pen and notepad for me in my room. There was plenty of room for all my motorcycle safety gear one the tables. The Continental Breakfasts were amazing.freshly prepared eggs and meat, and in a varied styles from day to day. The front desk had snacks! Thank-you. After 7 hours on a motorcycle, having delicious snacks available was such a nice touch. Of course I'm leaving the best to last, The Staff, Everyone I met made eye contact including the maids, Everyone had sincere smiles. Everyone I spoke to offered helpful suggestions. When I spoke to one maid and she discovered I didn't want anything, she offered towels and to collect my garbage. The Front Desk staff; They were fast and friendly. Never had to wait for them. They even recommended parking my motorcycle under the vestibule so it was watched. That's just plane thoughtful.

I will be returning to the area in the future, I'm not going to price check, I'm just booking with them.

Excellent service. They allowed me to checkin early without any extra charges. Service is excellent.
However the management might need to control the food and dining area. There are a couple of tables at the sitting area. But on a long weekend it gets crowded during breakfast hours.
Maybe some of the guests were too hungry leaving close to nothing for the others. Or maybe I was too unfortunate to stay during those days when it was too crowded.
I still think that the management might look into the dining area.

Didn't get my room until after 6pm. Very disappointed in the quality and comfort.

I get that this is a two star hotel. BUT WOAH the first room smelled terrible like mildew and felt humid even with the A/C unit already on and running so I asked for a new room which was worse then the first and smelled LIKE FEET LITERAL CONSTRUCTION BOOTS. Better just spend the extra hundred dollars and stay at the Best Western right around the corner it’s significantly nicer, cleaner and more comfortable for a slight price difference.

Spent long weekend in Parry Sound. Christine was amazing with rooms and making sure we were cared for. Other staff very nice as well. Good breakfast. Best location. Would be 5 star if they never allowed large dogs. Christine represents comfort Inn very professionally

Friendly staff but unfortunately not worth the price. Had a king size bed in my room with a big sagging valley on the right side of the mattress that made it very uncomfortable and awkward to sleep on. Room was relatively clean and had decent water pressure in the shower. But for beds like that at those prices, I won’t be back.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the price was great compared to other hotels in the area and their continental breakfast was much better than I was anticipating

We came from Mississauga for my brother's wedding. A day earlier, I called and spoke to Christine about an early check in and a room accommodation. Not only did Christine make both of my requests happen, but she also recognized me when I walked in, likely due to my voice and children. She was pleasant and helpful. Later that night, I didn't catch her name, but the associate working around 9PM went above and beyond to help figure out where our grandfather was staying, as our father had booked the room and was unreachable, likely tearing up the dance floor. The associate called multiple hotels for us, helping us figure out where he was booked. Location was great, right off the highway and the McDonald's within walking distance is a simple pleasure that can boost your serotonin. Beds were also super comfortable (firm mattress).

Only came here because it was provided by the company. WiFi is slow and goes down quite often. Halfway through it stopped altogether. No solution provided

Clean, comfortable, quiet. We were just looking for a place to sleep while passing through. It was everything we needed. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing the staff go over and above to look after the patriots the rooms are really clean their breakfast is really good I highly recommend this hotel out of all the hotels in Parry sound the comfort inn is by far the best five stars for sure

This place was absolutely fantastic when you were here with our whole crew for work for a week the ladies and gentleman that was behind the counter went above and beyond to be courteous and help with any needs that we had they were very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this place
They also had a barbeque for us to cook at night time outside and an outstanding continental breakfast the service here is top line

Staff barely does there job and when asked to do things apart of there job they give lots of attitude and mouth off outloud to themselves alot. Barely check the rooms and barely cooks food great, not the best place to stay in my opinion.

I checked-in during a snow storm, and was greeted by the desk clerk, Sandra. She was amazing - kind and caring. I was stranded because of the storm, and let me check-in early - even calling me in my room to see if everything was alright. The room was clean and comfy - with a 55 inch 4k TV. I highly recommend this Comfort Inn. Thanks for making me feel at home!

Not satisfied … we had ants in our room 130 but my kids and I survived. My husband called front desk and they only apologized, no half refund or discount. Terrible!

We stayed here during the summer for 2 nights. Rooms were clean but dated. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was as expected. Nothing fancy here but it was fine for a quick stay. Mcdonalds, Subway and Harvey's within walking distance.
