Booked this hotel for my ailing dad who needed to stay close-by. AMEX cancelled the reservation in advance of their cancellation period but yet they refused to provide a refund for Confirmation #: 836898547. Brutal customer service by this hotel. Short term gain for a one-star review. Hope cheating customers of their $ is worth it.
