Had to go last minute to Kingston on the Thanksgiving weekend. My mom who needs an accessible room for her walker made it more challenging to find a place. The room was far from accessible. High bed, too much furniture in the room and low toilet. Our regular room had had smokers in it. The guy on staff helped to locate us a different room but it took four tries. I'm glad we were early in checking in.
It was old but decently clean. Coffee was good and they made me some bacon as everything else including the package eggs had wheat in them.yes the eggs.
When we were checking out I talked with the manager. There should have been a higher toilet seat out in, but it hadn't. There are reno planned at the hotel but we'll stay anywhere else next time.
I called the head office but it was a run around to talk to someone and left a message.no one called back

Best staff ever! I lost my wallet in the area and a guest turned it in to the front desk. The staff went above and beyond to find me and get me my wallet back! Very much appreciated.
