Très bon rapport qualités prix à mon sens! J'avais la chambre 34 est chambre spacieuse, literie agréable. Le personel à l'accueil est top et la fille présente le soir à su m'aider pour trouver un chargeur de portable. Le seul default dans la chambre et la lumière à l'extérieur qui reste allumé toute la nuit.
J'aurais voulu mettre 4 étoiles mais une chose m'a énormément déçu. Le manque de respect de la fille tatoué au petit dejeuner qui sait mise littéralement à exploser de rire devant ma face quand je suis arrivé à 6h30.un comportement totalement irrespectueux. Je l'ai signalé à mon départ à l'accueil maintenant à voir si des mesures seront prises. Pour faire 100 nuits à l'hôtel dans l'année c'est la première fois que je vois un manque de professionnalisme aussi fort (des gens sérieux et respecteux cherchent du travail). Ca gâche une belle expérience c'est dommage.
Outre ça, l'hôtel est top!

My friends and I rented a room for a girl’s weekend in Gananoque on October 14th. We woke up Monday morning with some very itchy and swollen bumps on our back, fingers, arms and face. We all live far apart so it is very easy to conclude that we got those “bites” from our stay at the comfort inn Gananoque. We cannot be 100% sure of what bit us so we started a deep clean and we all purchased some bed bug poison. I called the hotel front desk twice to inform them of our situation and they said they searched the room and haven’t found anything. They did feel sorry and recommended going to see a doctor. Our situation is ongoing and our only location in common was this hotel. We are very unhappy.

The room is spacious and clean as photos. (Night time) Staff Magan is perfect (greet friendly, interacting professionaly, make us at this property have a satisfying stay)

“Everything about this hotel was more than expected for this price range. The hotel was clean, and the employees were super friendly. The hotel is located close to the cruise and water. However, there was one negative thing: the shower in our room (room number 201) was absolutely crazy. I didn’t bother to complain since I was there only for one night. The hotel is reasonably priced, and for a one-night stay, you can’t go wrong. ”

Great swimming pool. Freindly & helpfull people at the front desk. Breakfast is good! Needs some tweeking! Just a short walk down to the cruises!

Location is great. Rooms almost sterilely furnished.
Breakfast the usual. Unfortunately not enough space in the breakfast area.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was very good although I have a hard time understanding the use of plastic things which only can be used once. I would like more thought on how you use all this plastic disposable items to a more sustainable alternative. Then I would rate the service and breakfast as 5.

Breakfast is pathetic, the breads were stale, the eggs from pre-cooked Frozen, sausages my dog wouldn't even eat, if you can't offer something decent and don't serve garbage

Chambre et sdb correctes et propres.
Déjeuner correct. Le personnel est gentil et fait un bon suivi pour le réapprovisionnement de la nourriture.
Bon emplacement dans la ville et proche du fleuve.
Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour

At the heart of downtown area, walking distance to the city cruise and beach park. Rooms are very clean and breakfast are complimentary included!

Stays here for 2 nights. You can never go wrong with the location. It close to downtown and to the marina. Staff was nice and attentive, and very accomodating. They have an indoor pool, but my room had a whirlpool tub which In enjoyed. If coming back I will try the room with balcony.

We showed up late asking about vacancy when we got too tired to keep driving. Family of 4. The wonderful lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and accomodating. Very clean and tidy room. Much appreciated!

If you plan to take a boat tour leaving from Gananoque, ON you could not find a better hotel or location. Comfort Inn is walking distance to everything. The boats (you will save $9.00 on parking), restaurants and the outdoor theater. We heard bands Friday and Saturday while we were there. They serve a full breakfast too and have an indoor pool so you can swim even if the weather is cold or rainy. As for the staff, Patty was friendly and helpful. (I think she is the manager). Also Johann, a summer student, deserves a "Thank You" too. For food, we suggest Maverick's in town. It's walking distance, just over the small bridge. We do not suggest Riva next door.

Worst hotel in canada. I booked for 4 people, and asked them about de size of the beds. They told me that i would have one apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. Once i arrived they told me it was a confussion. I asked for a complaint form and they told me they didnt have it. The man at reception told me "Welcome to Canada". Also they didnt inform about breakfast timetables so we missed it. Wifi didnt work at the room, very far from reception. Overal, the worst hotel in our staying of 15 days in Canada

Personnel très aimable.
Chambres propres et spacieuses mais gros bruit de ventilation (climatisation) qui se met soudainement et régulièrement en marche pendant la nuit.
Gros point à améliorer: le déjeuner. Pratiquement que des produits industriels transformés. La vaisselle et les couverts sont jetables. Pas une belle image pour l'environnement.
Le lieu n'est pas vraiment animé en soirée et les restaurants ferment tôt.

The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast had a delightful spread including oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausages, toast, pancakes, donuts, bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea and more. I enjoyed my stay!

We stayed here twice and we loved it. However staying on the second floor is not a good option specialy when you have a baby. Because you have to carry your stroller and other stuff. During our first stay we did stay on the second floor and found it difficult. So the next stay we chose the first floor. The staff were really nice

Mixed Experiences at the Comfort Inn Gananoque

The Comfort Inn at Gananoque offers a convenient location near the boat tours. Our standard room met expectations for a 2-star property. The staff provided mixed service, with some being quite welcoming while others less so. Breakfast was underwhelming, especially the sausage links that tasted plant-based. Long queues and inconsiderate guests diminished the breakfast experience. The attendant seemed oblivious to the long waits, focusing on restocking without acknowledging the lines. While location may attract some guests, inconsistent service and mediocre breakfast have us looking at other options like the Holiday Inn Express for our next visit.

Not very clean rooms, old and smelly. Dirty washroom, broken faucet and rust everywhere, human hair all over the ground, dirty sink, window frames were super dirty and full of bugs remnants when open.
No elevator, not good for seniors.
Breakfast was awful.
Location was very good though but overal very bad quality for such an expensive price.

Mid range hotel, good for one night. I would say that this chain needs to pay more attention to hospitality. No staff. Insufficient breakfast, little choice and packaged foods.
