We had a young gentleman David from Comfort plus who came out to look at our furnace he was very professional knowledgeable, and answered all our questions he looked at our furnace and went on the roof to find out if the furnace vent was leaking into the house he talk to us about our heat pumps and said he was going to write the report and submit it and they would get back to us. He told us about the comfort plus service agreement and we signed up for heat pump and fireplace services. I would recommend this young gentleman to anyone as he was very professional, knowledgeable, and listened and answered all her questions.

I would highly recommend this company! They worked so hard to get us our air conditioner installed! We also had to have our furnace replaced as well.

David was very knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way and despite not being the news we wanted, he did a great job going over everything with me so I could understand our options.

ClimateCare was hired to install a tankless water heater and remove my old hot water tank. The work was really well done. The guys doing the install, Braden and Chris, were fantastic and really knowledgeable. Braden went out of his way to help install the vent pipe a couple weeks ahead of the rest of the job so I could properly finish the other work I needed to get done without having to drill a hole in the wall after. Thank you so much for accommodating me there! Karen in the office was awesome to work with as well. Very good communication back and forth, and helped make sure the water tank return went smoothly.

We had an unexpected water heater issue with our old provider that left us in a serious lurch. Comfort Plus ClimateCare responded to our situation and concerns quickly, providing a range of alternative solutions that were workable for us. Braden was very helpful and they were quick, efficient and thorough in their work. We feel that because of them we have made a decision that will be beneficial for us for years to come.

Comfort Plus sent Clay, the technician to our home to diagnose the problem with our furnace. He explained why it stopped working, was very pleasant and he was able to get the part & install it before the weekend. Thank you Clay.

Comfort Plus sent a technician to our home to make sure our gas fireplace was working properly and safely as it is very old. The technician was very polite, he explained everything that he was doing, made recommendations, didn't try to sell us anything or push service that didn't need doing. The bill reflected only what had been done. We will definetely call Comfort Plus the next time we need service with any of our gas appliances.

I just had my furnace and A/C replaced. Keren and Devin helped arrange a service visit. The initial inspection of my old furnace was performed by Joel and Clay. They were honest and extremally helpful while pointing out the deficiencies of our old furnace. Once we knew for sure that we needed to replace our HVAC system, Shawn assisted me on deciding which equipment was right for our situation. Everything came together on installation day with my installation crew of Braden, Matt and Phil. Their care and professionalism was truly inspiring for a home improvement project. The communication during the installation added to the fantastic conclusion to the installation process. This was our second time using the company for equipment. We installed a full HVAC system with a separate hot water tank in a second property two years ago. This installation also exceeded our expectations. Just a side note they also helped us hookup the natural gas for our new dryer.

Jacquelyn Payne was the service person who did the maintenance on my furnace. She
was right on time and went about her business in an efficient, confident manner. When
she finished she explained what she had done and asked if I had any questions or concerns.

I recently chose to purchase the yearly protection plan through Comfort Plus ClimateCare and am really pleased with the results. I chose to do this after I had the company repair my A/C unit, and in doing so, saved 20% off the parts, which really was handy at the time.

The technician, Jacquelyn has serviced my AC unit, cleaned my gas fireplace and just recently my furnace. She was not only knowledgeable about each, but was pleasant from beginning to end.

What is equally nice is they provide reminders of booked appointments, and for someone absent minded like myself, that is appreciated.

Braden & Jordan were the technicians installing my furnace. They arrived at the appointed time and laid protective floor covering before they started the job. They explained how to work the thermostat and other information about the furnace. Excellent job guys!

My old furnace died and I was forced to get a number of quotes (6) for a new furnace and A/C unit. Their combo price was great and I felt I could trust their assessment of my situation and my future heating and cooling needs. A crew of four was promptly at my home a couple of days later when they said they would be. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They also finished ahead of schedule and didn't leave a mess behind. The guys from Comfort Plus Climate Care have been great to us from start to finish. We originally thought we had a problem with our furnace so Joel came to take a look. Not a furnace problem but a meter problem. So called Union Gas and had that taken care of. However, now that gas was flowing through our old furnace, there was indeed a problem. So Joel came back again and identified a few issues so a new furnace was the best option. Two days from making th decision to install. Braden, Jordan and Aiden came and installed the new furnace. These guys were absolutely professional and answered all the questions we had. Day after install, receive a phone call from Wayne to make sure all went well and the house is warm. I might point out that this Friday call came on Good Friday. Thank you all for a positive experience from start to finish. We will definitely recommend you.

Just wanted to thank both Ben and Dan (and your co-op student), as well as the gentleman who came earlier in the week attempting to repair and service our old, existing furnace. From diagnostics, replacing and servicing existing parts, to installing a new furnace all together, the process was very seamless! The guys were sure to lay carpeting down, kept all their mess isolated to the furnace area and cleaned up afterward as well. They were so patient with my pets (who annoyed them mercilessly) without complaint. They really went above and beyond, helping me to remove the new part installed on the old furnace and dealing with union gas. Very attentive to carbon monoxide levels and they did a great job insulating the new exhaust to the outside. Just wanted to thank the guys for all their hard work, and very thankful to have heat again!
