The experience from start to finish was excellent and flawless. We had our shower floor replaced, ceiling repaired and a new fan installed in our bathroom. Comfort property responded to our initial contact for a quote for two separate water leaks promptly. Mike came out and was very friendly and profesional. Hisen, who was also friendly and professional, came out and did the work. He finished the job in two days, much faster then we were told by another contractor. Everything was put back the way it was before we had the water damage. I will be using this company again in the future.

I’m so glad that I called Mike and his crew to help me with some problem areas around my house. They did a fantastic job! Not only did they fix the damage but they resurfaced the whole ceiling and wall, it looks like brand new! They even noticed a little hole near my stairs, that I didn’t mention, and they fixed it. My tub looks great and the loft they installed is exactly what I needed for my messy garage. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor! Highly recommended for your next project! I’m super impressed with the drywall job Hisen did. He was on time, very thorough and you can’t tell that my ceiling in our closet was re drywalled. I will definitely use their services in the future and would recommend them!

We had Mike and Hisen take down the wall between our kitchen and dining room to create an open concept design, install a dishwasher, repaint the kitchen cabinets and cupboard and repaint the walls and ceiling. They did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work. We would certainly recommend Comfort Property Renovation, and would not hesitate hiring them again!

I needed my siding repaired after a bad winter storm. Comfort Property Renovations matched the 30+ year old siding and replaced the damaged exterior siding as if it never happened. Quick and professional.

Mike was was professional and great to deal with when we called about a roof leak. He even came out first thing the next day even though he had originally said it would be later in the day - so that he could beat the next round of rain that was due to hit in the afternoon. He also spotted some other areas of concern and addressed them too. Hope we'll never need you for the roof again haha but we'll definitely give you a shout later on for the ceiling repairs in the new year. Have a good Christmas!

I called Mike and described repairs needed. He quoted a price and arrived on site when he said he would. The work was done professionally and safely. We were pleased and grateful to have the repair completed.

My roof started blowing away from the high winds at the end of last winter. I didn't want to pay a fortune for a brand new roof, and I wanted something that I'd never have to worry about again. Mike is a super easy guy to converse with, and did one hell of a good job on my roof for a decent price! He even came by to repair parts of my roof until the steel had finally come in! We had Mike do our kitchen He gave us a estimate for the whole entire kitchen and gave us a detailed plane when things were goin to be done and how long it would take for each contractor to do there job.
He stayed in with our budget that we gave him.
Mike and his wife helped us plane out the new style of our kitchen. We met him at one of the hardware stores
when it came to the workman ship he was very professional and very clean he kept the work clean and never left a mess after his day of work

We also got Mike to do our roof in the spring after he did our kitchen.we had a leak in our ceiling we called him he came right over and put up a temporary fix for in and when the weather was nice he and his crew came over and had strip and put on a new roof with in 36 hours

Had Comfort Property remove carpet and install laminate flooring, rebuild my front deck and build a back deck. I was very pleased by the workmanship, the price was reasonable. Mike and Nathan were very courteous and pleasant. I would highly recommend Comfort Property and in fact have hired them to do other work for me around my home at a later date.
