I enjoyed a 4-day NEW YORK CITY tour: December 29,2023 – January 1,2024.
The Hotel: Hyatt Regency New Brunswick (in New Jersey). And, Julie, the Tour Director and John the Bus Driver. Pleased to share a few photos (below). Overall, 5/5

It’s a second time we went to NYC with these guys, we had an amazing experience with John the bus driver and tour guides Hardy and Eliot, they were really knowledgeable, We have a plan for Chicago trip in the next time. Highly recommend comfort tour canada to everyone who likes to visit United States and around of Canada.

Chicago is an absolutely amazing city. Natasha our guide was awesome. She was so knowledgeable and also so helpful and knew just where everything was. Ken the bus driver was also helpful and a great driver. I would highly recommend this tour!

My sister and I went on 4 day Quebec City bus tour. It was fantastic! Our bus driver Roxanne got us there and back safely and was great getting us through some tricky situations. Natasha our guide was the best. She went above and beyond to make sure that we all had the best experience. I would recommend Comfort Tours and we plan on booking another trip next year.

We recently took the NYC tour on June 29 - July 2,2023 with a terrific, memorable, group of people, from youth to seniors & it was the most amazing trip. The tour guide/hostess Gerda was so inspiring, informative, met each individuals inquiries about NYC & a lot of fun to be with. Also, James, the #1 best friendliest, amazing bus driver ever. There is so much to see & do. This trip left us in awe of the city & are so grateful to Gerda & James for all they do to make people enjoy the experience. I rate it 100/10. This was a first time my husband and I have ever done a bus tour, and it exceeded both of our expectations. Julie and John were fabulous! Accommodating beyond! They made the experience fun and overall a very positive one. We’re already planning to book another! ! Huge thank you to John and his mad driving skills in NYC- this man has skills, and Julie who literally is a wealth of knowledge if you have any questions about NYC - she knows her stuff and is a huge help! She wasFunny and she felt like family! We’ll be seeing you again I’m sure.

Was on tour Victoria weekend with my 22 yr old daughter. Amazing time with guide Michelle and driver John.it was more than expected.

We're in Nashville staying at one of the most beautiful hotels in the world Gaylord Opryland, our guide Julie is amazing! I highly recommend Comfort Tours.

We just got back last night from our 3 day trip to Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa with Comfort Tours. We had a great time. Thanks to our bus driver Miriam and tour leader Sharon. Everything went well and thanks to an amazing group. This was our 3rd tour with them and definitely not the last.

My teenager and I just returned from NYC tour last Victoria Long Weekend. We had a blast! Our Tour director Heidi was such a pleasure! Hats off to superstar bus driver James, who handled Manhattan traffic like I've never seen before! Local NYC guide Elliott was also fantastic. Loved our laid back group dynamic! We already want to be back to NYC and planning another Comfort Tour!

I went to New York with my parents at the end of September and we had a great time! Our tour guide Jessica and the driver Jeff were really nice and made us feel welcomed. Jessica made sure we had a great experince and really went out of her way. She was very knowledgeable, knew the city well, answered any questions we had and made sure we got the best experience during the short time we were in NYC. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Just got back from the East Coast Tour. Was amazing. Julie our tour director was awesome. I would recommend this tour 100 percent. The only thing I would change is staying at the Rodd Royalty in Charlottetown the hotel is outdated.

I have taken trips with this company and it's been wonderful memorable experiences. Very professional caring friendly tour guides with exceptional patience and knowledge and love what they do in their job and role. Constant communication is great and whether you are touring alone or in a group the sense of belonging is awesome:) I highly recommend that you check out the tour packages and experience one:) Give it a go!

We are just back from our trip from NYC and I cannot wait to share my experience with Comfort tours. Eliane and Myriam were absolutely amazing. We were a family during the trip. Myriam is an excellent bus driver and I admire the wonderful job she is doing. Elliane was very entertaining and nice during the tours. She provided us with lots of information and very helpful. If I have a chance I will go back for another tour. Will miss you both and NYC.

Wow was this an experience. I did the 4 day NYC trip with my mother and sister and it was a blast! Such a great way to enjoy many sights of the destination you are traveling to, which you may not even know to do if you were traveling on your own. Julie was an EXCELLENT tour guide who greatly helped in maximizing all the activities you wanted to complete while on the trip. She was very clear, informative, approachable and funny! Mariam was an amazing driver who got us to all our destinations safely and timely. Most importantly, comfort tours is a Canadian company which I’m very honoured to help support! I am already looking forward to trying other trips in the future! I would recommend anyone to try this company

We were 4 days, 3 nights in USA New York city on July 2022 with Eliane guide and Miriam driver. This period was nice, many information, good time we recommend this company Comfort Tour Canada has a professional team.

We have been on 4 tours (Boston, New York, Washington and Nashville) 2 of which Ken was our driver. Not only is Ken and excellent driver, but he is also the reason why we've chosen Comfort Tours. He is extremely careful, knows
how to maneouvre the bus in tight spots and is entertaining as well.
Ken is a real asset to your organization.

Just went to New York City last week. All I can say is that both Natasha and Ken were the best! Not only were they EXTREMELY kind they were also very helpful. They made this trip 1000x better, for sure. The bus was comfortable with foot rest’s and washroom and the hotel we stayed at, had a very luxurious feel to it. I am so glad we took this tour not only we learned SO MUCH about NYC, we also had so much extra time which was ideal for those who want to get more time walking and visiting the city at their own time. The highlight of this trip was definitely the ferry, seeing the Statue of Liberty so close really makes this experience PERFECT. Thank you comfort tours for providing clients with such a fulfilling, learning and fun experience. If I were to travel with you guys again, I will for sure make sure Natasha is the tour guide! Can’t wait to return to NYC
