I had an appointment, I just call then they give me my appointment so easily, The fingerprints technician was very helpful, professional, nice and polite.

I sent fingerprints from abroad (literally half-way across the globe) to be digitized, sent to RCMP, and then authenticated by ministry of foreign affairs. The whole process was well-explained by email before I started, and then they kept in-touch when they received the documents and as soon as they were ready. They gave a timeline of 4-6 weeks and it was exactly that, including shipping time. Very happy with the experience. Thank you Phil and Jamie-Lee.

Had to go for fingerprints. Showed up about 10 minutes early and they were able to take me right away. Fingerprinting went quickly and I was out before my actual appointment time.

I gave my fingerprint a month ago. Last Friday and today I called them 3 times in total and left couple voice messages, but no one answered my calls or voices messages. I am so frustrated about the situation! I wish I could give my fingerprint to somewhere else.

I lost my fingerprints which was done quite some time ago.
All I can say is that the service was outstanding and the people were very kind. You don't feel judged in any way. I'm truly impressed.

Now I am going back to get my fingerprints done again. I look forward to their impeccable service.

Corrupt organization from the top down. Commissionaires is so corrupt all the guards had to be unionized to protect them from a non profit organization. Gabby Curry is one of the least educated but by far one of the most corrupt people I have ever worked with. Don't hire this company I highly suggest against it.

Recently did a security clearance check and finger prints, very courteous, professional and we'll mannered!

I had some routine business at The Commissionaires and found it difficult to speak through the layers of mask and plexiglass and a very abundantly nigh impassible language barrier. The person working reception was curt, rude, and frankly more concerned with pointing out that I should have known to place the Covid tracing survey in a pile and not handed to them. They indicated to me that I should have known this for some reason.

When placing my fingertips on the fingeprint reader, myfingers were not dirty. They were damp. Sigh. Other than that, business was conducted.

This is the HQ of my work, I was there for First Aid CPR training and for changing my uniform. Great place to work if you are interested in working as a Security gard!

Being oversees, it wasn’t easy choosing which Agency to entrust with completing a Canadian criminal record check and foreign legalization.

Really bad service. The lady had to go for lunch so she rushed into things. One of my fingerprints was not accepted by the system but still she refused to get it done correctly. She is like this is your last chance. I am paying for this service and I believe I have the right to get things correctly as this is being used for background verification. Really unhappy.

I had contacted the commissioners for my husband's RCMP criminal record check for the PR purposes. I was really worried about the process when I got the letter from cic as my husband was in the home country and had to undergo a surgery within a few days. However, when I contacted commissioners, Mr. Phil Ratcliffe helped me to get it all done by providing right information and all the supportive documents. He was immensely Knowledgeable, still a down to earth person with a willingness to always help. I deeply appreciate all the service I recieved from all the staff members of commissioners.

I went in the morning and the service was so fast. They open for fingerprinting at 7AM and the receptionist and the gentleman that takes your prints were both extremely knowledgable, professional and overall kind in general.

Very bad services
I applied online for background check. It days within hour should be done waited for one whole day. I tried to contact them at a phone firstly they told me that the person responsible is off for day at 4 PM and in morning I contacted with her and she said I will report it to manager.

Worse company ever, that i seen in Ottawa. They say they are in need of workers but they don't. I got called for an interview arrived there, i was suppose to be interviewed by a women, turned to be a guy, this hr recruiter looked suspicious not professional, hire who he wants and has favorite people. I answered every questions of the interview correct, they are possibly almost no wrong answer's. I got friends that got hired and they gave me advices for the interview and told me what to expect but the hr recruiter wasnt listening to have the things dint explain anything. This company needs to take a look at there staff, and make changes i do not recommend this company to anyone.

Here in Calgary, I had to expose my breasts in order to get a pay raise.

Very quick service; I went to get a criminal background check and waited 10 minutes to meet with someone, it took 10 minutes for the process to be completed, then the results were ready in another 10 minutes. Impressive!

I was surprised how long I had to wait to get fingerprinted. There was only one person taking clients for 10-15 minute appointments. It seemed like a short line when I was 5th in line at arrival but I had to leave for my next appointment an hour later before it was my turn. Otherwise.staff was friendly. Second time it was the same but I allowed more time.
