Not a very friendly staff. Was late by 9 mins and the guy at the door just shut off the doors to me. Not professional!

Got in right at my appointment time. Friendly staff and very quick service. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

The person doing my fingerprints was super friendly and easygoing. I was in and out I'm around 20 minutes. It was fast and frictionless.

A fast and friendly experience
During these covid times, an appointment must be made online through the website. There is a calendar for you to choose which times are available throughout the day. The process was very safe.

The process itself was rather quick maybe 10 mins but I got there around 4 and there was 4 people already waiting and 4 more came after. I was the lucky one to be last to get processed. According to Brian the technician, end of day does seem to be a rush. I would recommend a notice to tell people only another 4 people would be serviced after 4: 30, this would help people from unnecessary waiting.
Edit: I do want to add that Brian does give warning to people that he might not get to them but I think a more clear expectation for those waiting would be appreciated.

Went in around 11: 00 am on Wednesday. I was the only one there. The process was pretty quick. The guy there (Brian) also provided me with extra info to contact RCMP if need be. Overall an alright experience.

I was able to get prints done very quickly and didn't have to wait long. Went on a Thursday afternoon and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Electronic so my hands didn't get dirty.

Kind of slow in getting to you, but the staff was friendly and background check turnaround was quick.

I was there for immigration fingerprinting

On 17/05/19,4: 22 pm in office and I requested him very politely and nicely

Told him that i have last day to submit my fingerprints and tomorrow is long-weekend
It’s a important matter of life for me
I begged him with my both hands closed infront of him
I have proof of getting there at 4: 22 pm, company can also check cameras.
I am going to post parking ticket timing and was parked infront of their building

I request this company to take immediate action against Brian Samson

Arrived almost at closing and was worried I would not be seen, so were a few other after me. Even though the gentleman said it's likely he wont be able to see everyone for today; he did put himself out by taking care of everyone who was there. This is a nice person! Once I started explaining what I needed the prints for he willing shared his experience with my matter which made a daunting process seem possible.
You know I don't go out of my way to find kindness in others, but I have learned my patience, respect towards others and kindness always gets me back the same; just sayin!

Very unprofessional. I phoned to make sure they'd be open until 5 pm. Message said that they close at 5: 30 pm, but they don't process anyone after 5. So rushed over and got there 4: 55 where only employee in dingy office said that the (only) 3 people there were last for day.

They insisted that had recorded phone message themselves and said closed at 5. So I played them back their message and then they thought up with another excuse.

Went a block away to Red Seal. Open until 6 pm. More people in office but done at 5: 25!
