This transfer from Rogers to Telus was smooth from the beginning to the end. They have an amazing package available for the large corporation I work for and Kadie made everything from information to SIM cards to transfer really straightforward. I appreciate it. Cell phone hassles are not something anyone wants to deal with! And there were NONE!

I called to find out some details about my latest bill and Raja was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions with great knowledge and patience, which I appreciate very much. He was also able to assist me with a password reset in order to be able to access my Telus app. I have known the staff at the Milton location for many years and he is an excellent addition to the team!

Kadie has provided great service. Quick replies by text AND email and available on the phone for questions. Explained everything to me about my new phone and plan. It is so convenient to have someone like Kadie to work with if I ever want a new phone or to change my plan. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

I had a situation in which I needed to replace my SIM card. The staff member at Communications Zone made it super easy, quick, and got my phone up and running quicker than I could thank her.
Super Customer Service. Will definitely go to this location in the future.

Had a great experience with Aaron. He was quick, efficient and friendly in getting me the information I needed to make a decision and then ensuing I had a replacement device in my hands in a much faster time than I anticipated. Highly recommend him.

If you want to have a great Telus mobility experience you should checkout this place and deal with Kadie. They can also help you with your corporate account.
Kadie's knowledge is exceptional. She is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I wish everyone at Telus would be like this. I highly recommend Communication Zone in Milton.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kadie at the Milton location! I have been very satisfied dealing with communication zone over the years but Kadie's customer service, attention to detail and vast product/service knowledge takes the cake! I live in east Toronto and Kadie's service is more than worth the drive! From my first visit to inquire about upgrading my phone, Kadie was able to give me all the facts on each model and never tried to oversell me, in fact she suggested the phone that would suit my needs best. She found me a plan that actually saved me money every month and facilitated the upgrade flawlessly. When I decided I wanted to exchange this new phone for the max model, Kadie was there to answer every phone call, text message and various questions within seconds of receiving them! After placing the order for me (saving me the drive all the way there) Kadie notified me as soon as the order arrived in store (the very next day!). I had zero issues exchanging the phone and Kadie made this happen in a timely manner! I cannot recommend Kadie enough and I will no doubt be back for all my future upgrades! Thank you Kadie for an incredible customer service experience!

They had my phone for more almost seven weeks, took them a few days to locate it after I called in to inquire. They were unable to fix the phone but never tried to contact me even though I sent the phone in with my contact info and a description of the problem. You would think that if they couldn't fix the broken screen there would be no need to reformat the whole phone, nope, all my data lost, all contacts lost, all photos lost. I've worked in retail, when a customer doesn't come in to collect their order you call them, you don't just let it sit there for weeks, its called customer service.

Very poor towards there employees if they leave
Don't pay them correct commission owed.
Would not recommend working here.

Ordered an S9+ through private EPP portal 1 week ago.

2 days ago, received notification that there's a technical issue, and they're working on a fix. Today I pressed for more information, and was told that there's an issue on the Telus end, where an EPP discount code can't be generated for my company. I asked for an estimated resolution time, but they can't tell me.

If my company is currently ineligible for EPP, the portal should have been taken down and I should have been told right away, instead of being left in the dark for a week.
