Community Walk-In Clinic

I went to the walk- in clinic and asked about wait times. I was told they were fully booked for the afternoon. My friend called 15 min later and asked what the wait time was. She was told about an hour. What is that?

Not a walk in.they go by appointment.if you’re going for a walk in you’re gonna be waiting for them to have a gap in between appointments.change your name!

Been to this clinic a couple times personally. Today spoke with one receptionist that I’ve never seen before deny my mother help because of a language barrier. Extreme prejudice against her because she didn’t speak English. I’ve spoken to the doctor telling him I’m bringing my family here because of his care but this receptionist told my mother she cannot be accepted because she can’t speak English unless a translator comes in person. I live in Durham and work long hours but even when my mother sees a specialists they let me translate over the phone but this receptionist said that is unacceptable for her. All my mother needed was a medication switch, and maybe that was too much work for this administration for her to try and help. Very upset with this lady trying to lie, when she told my mother one thing (I was on the phone) and then denying she said that trying to correct herself and blaming it on my mother for not understanding. Would give it 1 star but the entire clinic is not all bad. The other admin is very sweet and the doctor is nice.

Horrible service, doctor shows up at 1pm but they open at 9.doesn't make sense.the secretary's are still pushing the plandemic agenda and can't distinguish the difference between a cold/ear infection with covid

Receptionist was totally RUDE i went there 40mins before they closed yesterday Oct. 18,2022.
And she refused me to be treated. Absolute horrible experience with this front woman.

Hannah is very rude secretary, doesn't answer the questions. I needed to bring my daughter for the strep test, first they refused to see her in person as she had sore throat although I told Hannah that my daughter's rapid COVID test was negative, then after test was done it was not send on time to lab and we are still waiting for results although strep without treatment can by very dangers.

I booked appointment with a physician whom i visited then another Physician who didn't examine me called about test results. When I asked her about the solution, she said i didn't visit you. What was the reason you came by our clinic? Then I understood she didn't even review my profile. Never ever recommend this clinic.

I never bothered to see the doctor because the medical office administrator is so rude and nasty. I waited 15 mins but then decided to go elsewhere to a more professional walk in clinic where patients are treated respectfully. As I needed a form filled out and related bloodwork for school which would require multiple trips.and there is no way I could deal with that much attitude more than once. There is no reason to treat patients with such a nasty attitude when all they do is just check in to be seen.

Despite the name, this is not actually a walk in clinic. The doctors are not always there and work on an appointment only basis-it's essentially a regular family practice. Don't bother stopping here for walk-in services.

Made an appointment online which stated in-person or phone consultation. I never put my number is it wasn’t required. I show up for my appointment and the secretary says, it is phone consultation only. How can I have a phone consultation if you don’t have my phone number? Also the secretary was on the phone talking to a friend the entire time knowing that I was standing and waiting for help. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I've never been to a walk-in clinic before. The Receptionist was professional and down to the point and although the wait time was about 30 minutes upon my first visit last summer, it was worth it. Dr. Lavi asked many questions and I felt taken care of and listened to. I visited again in December and was seen by an amazing Doctor (I don't remember her name). She asked many questions and I learned more things about my sinuses. If I ever need to visit a walk-in, I would visit again because I trust and appreciate the Doctors and admin team here.

Great clinic always busy and parking can be problematic but top notch service with great doctors

Its my first time to go to a walk-in clinic and I am so glad choosing this location. I went there on a week day morning. After filling out form I was called in to see Dr Rak (Janet Rak) in 5 minutes which is unexpected short waiting time. The Dr was patiently listening all my concerns and answering my questions. After giving me the prescription she explained all things i should be aware of. Over all, I think its a nice walk-in clinic exceeding my expectation.

I have never had such horrible service. They refused service all together. It took me everything to get out of bed to get to the walk in. I had my Ohip number and 2 peices of photo ID. The front desk lady said that wasn't enough to garentee I am who I say I am.if I have a problem I should go to the hospital or pay her 80$. I was shocked. I'm waiting for my heath card so this is what I have to do in the mean time. Clearly this place doesn't really care about your well being enough to hand type and search my number on the system. I guess it's to much work for her. I have done this before when I didn't have my card and I have never been refused service. I pay taxes for health care for a reason. Mind blown. Avoid this place at all costs. Even there sign says the hours are subject to change depending on doctor availability. You may end up going there and it will be closed early. I see that the doctor may be smart but that doesn't constitute that treatment over pure laziness. Avoid at all costs. There are so many walk in clinics in the area. Don't even waste your time with this one. I went to another walk in and they appolgized for them and took me in. Thankfully.

Got there at 10am on a snow storm day. We waiting over an hour which was surprising as there weren’t that many people. But there was only one doctor. When we saw her, she was great. She was caring and provided good information. I will go back again.

Person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She said they are normally open until 1 but "today" just until 3.
