Compass Creek

It's a fun place. In summer, we can bike along the trails, I really love it.

The building is relatively small with backyard and pool next to Cooksville Creek. The units are bigger then the typical Downtown condo. The unobstructed view to the park and the lake on a sunny day is amazing.

Excellent and well maintained building with a beautiful outdoor pool and BBQ area.
