Hello everyone, I am Sandy LI. I will travel to Europe with Tianbao Travel Company on November 17,2023. There are 30 teammates in the group. I will travel to Europe from Toronto with the group. I will be in Belgium on November 22,2023 because I am walking in I was walking on a street with roadblocks and accidentally fell. Half an hour later I took a taxi and went to a Belgian hospital for emergency treatment. I took an X-ray at the hospital and waited in the room for about an hour before finding a doctor who asked me about my situation, I learned that my bones were cracked. Because the hospital is French-speaking, and there were 30 teammates outside waiting for me to go to Paris. I arrived in Paris around 8 pm, at the hotel arranged by Tianbao Travel, and the other teammates immediately went to watch a Paris night tour, and because I had severe pain in the right half of my body and had lost the ability to move my right hand, I told the female tour guide in Toronto that I wanted to book a flight back to Toronto first and then go see a doctor. I asked the tour guide to ask Tianbao Travel to help me book a flight and travel. I booked a special car for persons with disabilities at the airport to take me in and out of customs, go through the security check, and take me directly to the boarding gate. It also stated that I paid for the ticket myself, but Tianbao Travel refused, and Tianbao Travel told me that I paid for it myself. When I wanted to buy a flight back to Toronto, Tianbao Travel would not provide me with any help. While enduring the pain, I remembered the Panda Travel Company in Toronto and asked them for help through a voice call on WeChat. Panda Travel only took about 10 minutes to book everything for me. I got a good air ticket and made a reservation for a disabled car to pick me up at the airport. I returned to Toronto on the 23rd and immediately went to the hospital for a check-up. The hospital took an X-ray for me and told me that the results were four cracks in the right sternum and a crack in the right shoulder bone.and dislocation, as well as fractures in the right back bone. Since the four right sternum fractures are relatively close to the lungs, it is very likely to cause internal organ bleeding, so the doctor immediately took a CT scan for me. Fortunately, it was a blessing among misfortunes. There was no bleeding in the internal organs. However, I had severe bone fractures in multiple places and had lost the ability to take care of myself. Tianbao Travel has not provided me with basic help since my fall and has removed me from the European travel group. I wanted to ask my teammates for help in the group, but I couldn't send the information out. I am a customer of Tianbao Travel, but Tianbao is so cold-blooded, disregarding the lives of others, and I fend for myself in the hotel. Today is already the 26th and there is no I received the message and phone call from Tianbao Travel Corporation. I have fully preserved the evidence of the voice call and transcript of Tianbao Travel’s refusal to help, and can provide evidence to multiple media if necessary. I am not telling lies. I want to disclose to everyone the cold-blooded and ruthless nature of Tianbao Travel, and also remind everyone to be careful about Tianbao Travel’s attitude and ruthlessness towards customers when booking a group tour in the future, because I am a good example. Let everyone consider choosing another travel company when traveling in the future, instead of choosing Tianbao Travel. Because there is no way to predict what will happen to people during the journey. Thank you all for having the patience to read my statement. Today is already November 30th, and Tianbao Travel Headquarters did not even give me a phone call to greet me. And sent me text messages. It’s heartbreaking. I would like to thank several colleagues in the same industry for their help!

Hello everyone, I'm Sandy Li. On November 17,2023, I joined Compass Holidays Travel Company for a trip to Europe. With 30 fellow travelers, we departed from Toronto to tour Europe. On
November 22 in Belgium, I accidentally fell while walking on a street with roadblocks. After half an hour, I took a taxi to the Belgian hospital for emergency care. After an X-ray, I waited in the room for about an hour before consulting with a doctor about my condition. I learned that my bones were fractured.
As the hospital staff spoke French, and with my30 fellow travelers waiting outside, I arrived in Paris around 8 p.m, where Tian Bao Travel had arranged a hotel. While the others went for a night tour, l, in severe pain on my right side, informed the female guide from Toronto that I needed to book a flight back to Toronto before seeing a doctor. I asked the guide to request Tian Bao Travel's help in booking the flight and arranging special assistance at the airport, clarifying that I would cover the costs. However, Tian Bao Travel declined, stating that I should purchase the ticket myself and offering no assistance.
Enduring pain, I recalled Panda Travel in Toronto, seeking help via WeChat. In about10 minutes, Panda Travel had arranged my flight and airport assistance. On the 23rd, I returned to Toronto, immediately went to the hospital, and learned from X-rays that I had four fractures in my right chest, a fractured and dislocated right shoulder.

Broke my shoulder/ribs on one of the trips and they never bothered to help me.had to get friends/family to help arrange everything to get back home safely.i was basically abandoned by them once i got injured.

Worst experience ever! Once i contacted one of their representatives, they were already rude, the person on the phone kept interrupting me and not letting me talk and then hung up on me when I said “please let me finish” they do not treat customers like a decent human being! I’ve never had such experience with a travel agency before!
