I took my son in to see Esther for some very complex health issues. She didn't hesitate to take his case on. She was so kind and compassionate. In fact her whole team was incredible! They even managed to squeeze him in for some emergency appointments. Esther even managed a video appointment with him while away on vacation. She was always reachable via email and always responded. My son was treated for a concussion type injury, mononucleosis and covid. Esther also gave us tools to use at home along with his treatments. She is an outstanding practitioner. I came to Ester 5 months ago with visual snow issue after vax she claimed that she can help me and wouldn’t say it if she doesn’t know what she is doing, i was emotionally & mentally drained after 4000 dollar in one month spending, she claimed after that she couldn’t help because the issue is in my neck lol …really after taking that much money it wasnt ur fault that i couldn’t be fixed.if you are that much smart you would have known it after 5 session not after 20 session plus pushing 400 dollar naturopath on me and physio of hundreds of dollar

I love going to My Complete Balance Rehab & Clinic. All the therapist are nice and professionals, they helped my pain to go away. The facility is extremely clean.

Experience was average but they charged $125 for sub visit they said depend on how is treating you so ask the price before they book the acupuncturist. However initial they said sub visits are only $105. Ask the price before you get treatment from them otherwise they will whatever they want

If I could give Esther and her merry band ten stars out of five I would. The quality all of the people I have met there and their service is outstanding.

I originally contacted Esther in February 2022 to treat a neurological disorder called Parosmia (smell distortion) caused by Covid. Usually this disorder can take 1 year or more to improve and for many, symptoms can persist long term. After only 1.5 months of consistent treatment, my smell has significantly improved to the point that I can now tolerate smelling and eating things that were once pungent to me. I can also now smell things that at one point I couldn’t smell at all. Esther also treated me for digestive issues at the same time as my Parosmia, and I saw a great improvement here too!

Esther is very skilled at what she does and is very knowledgeable about the body and alternative therapies. Her staff members are always friendly and accommodating, and parking out front is very convenient. I travel 1h each way to get to her and she is absolutely worth it!

I have a chronic lung condition and although my specialist has been very good, there were ongoing symptoms that I could not get relief of and Ester immediately put me on a health plan. Lastly, Ester also introduced me to the clinic's naturopath Christine. Again, Christine was extremely diligent in reviewing all of my health profile (mental and physical) and has guided me in taking supplements to rebuild my lung capacity and energy. Overall, the staff at Complete Balance are very caring, accommodating and knowledgeable. Meng and Ryan at the front desk are very polite and aim to accommodate your schedule in order to receive the excellent service at this clinic.

I met Ester and her team when I was dealing with residual effects of Bell’s palsy. Ester was incredible and so helpful and knowledgeable about the condition and was very forthcoming about my prospects of “success” on my treatments as I had come to her several years later from onset. My only regret is not coming to her sooner. She helped improve the symmetry of my face after years and I’ve never looked better. A friend suggested I see Ester at Complete Balance after I had been dealing with nagging lower back pain and sciatica for a while. After an initial session with Esther, who really took her time to listen and assess my condition, Shawn, Joanna and Debra got to work with acupuncture, physiotherapy and catered exercises. The first time that I met Esther she helped me to pass my kidney stone. My name is Saba, I am a patient of Esther for many years even before her business blew up. She is one of the best acupuncturist and medical advisors/ helper that I have ever had. I recently had severed accident and I needed treatment. After accident I went to different clinic to receive treatment but I was not happy with service. Until I got lucky and was refer to Complete Balance Neuro Acupuncture. I have had very good experience with the clinic. The staff were very kind and helpful. Shawn who does acupuncture not only was friendly but also is very competent when it comes to treatment. Ambrose Ty (R. P) gives me a chance to freely about my mental problem and is teaching me to handle my struggles after accident because he has very good knowledge. I also had very good experience with Anthony who is registered massage therapist and has unique way of treatment. Esther is so amazing! I suffered from chronic headaches - usually got them between 3 to 5x a week. Esther was able to eliminate them within a few weeks using a combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and acupuncture.

I was diagnosed with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) and conventional medicine had nothing to offer for this disease other than pain medication. I could not walk when I visited the clinic and now after a few treatments I’m walking and my pain is almost gone. I am very grateful to Esther and the whole team at Complete Balance. Without them I would probably still be on pain meds and using crouches. They really do care about their patients.

My injury prognosis was given a 12-18mth road of healing a torn tendon by a sport specialist Dr, my turn around was 6mths with accupunture from Esther, I rec'd immediate care when my injury was compromised by another unfortunate injury.
They also provided treatment for my son who struggles with GAD and panic attacks.he has a deep fear of needles, but overcame that by the 3rd treatment and looked forward to his post follow up appointments without the fear factor.
Appointment times are very versatile and wk-end availability is a plus. The staff there is amazing Mary the office coordinator, Debra the physio/trainer, Shannon the massage therapist and Melody/ SW.

I have been having acupuncture treatments for arthritis for hands/fingers, however, with just only 4 treatments I already felt some improvements
having less pain, and can move them.

Complete Balance Neuro Acupuncture & Rehab Clinic is an amazing clinic! I have had acupuncture done from both Esther and Royce. They are knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I've gone serveral times over the years, and each time they are able to help me successfully work through the problem. Most recently, I have had a rotator cuff issue, and I can feel the difference in both a diminishing of pain, and an increase in mobility. They always patiently answer all of my questions regarding the treatment. They also give practical advice on how I can help the recovery along by giving me exercises, stretches, dietary suggestions and pressure points to massage.

We came to see Esther through a referral from a friend after having gone through every western medical route to try and help my son with his auto immune disease. I am trying accupuncture with Esther and I feel million times better than before.
I went in for my panic attacks and just after a few sessions I already reduced my medications in half after many years. I also was getting palpitation most of the times and Esther helped me to get much much better in just 2-3 sessions.
I was always tired and I had no energy to even walk for 10 minutes but Esther really helped me and now I have lots of energy and I can do my daily routines.
It’s amazing how she can just understand what is wrong with your body by checking your pulse or looking at your tongue!

Sports medicine doctor, other clinic therapies and treatments helped somewhat, sometimes, however my pain persisted. After 8 months of trying other clinic therapies, and treatments, I’ve made my final visit to Complete Balance Neuro Acupuncture & Rehab Clinic.

The treatment was for chronic shoulder bursitis, shoulder impingement, neck pain, I’d say pretty much all sorts of pain purling around my upper body shoulder area.

My newborn was crying every night from 6-10pm and my pediatrician reassured me to wait till 4 months or so, and this would stop. Juggling a newborn and 3 yr old is hard for any mom, especially during cornavirus, so in desperate attempt, I went to Esther (to treat my newborn and myself)

Esther has been incredibly accommodating (knowing I am wary of bringing in a newborn in). She also treated my lil one along with me (multitasking- I was sure my lil one would be crying her head off, but Esther is a baby whisperer, and I was able to get the treatment I needed and now my lil one (after 2 sessions), doesn't have nightly crying fits. I was able to regain my sanity.

Esther is very personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping her patients. She shares her knowledge so patients understand why she is doing certain things (rather than believing it'll just work). She's imparted her knowledge on me and my hubby that a few yrs later, we still practice at home. She tailors her treatment based on patients involvement level in treating their personal health which is incredibly smart approach.

I came to Complete Balance clinic with mental health issues I have been having for the last few months or maybe even longer (anxiety, depressive thoughts, low energy, dizziness, sleep trouble, and high body temperature without any cold/flu symptoms, etc.). I've described my symptoms to my Family Doctor and the only thing he suggested for me is to take Antidepressants. I have tried them before and hated the side effects and also the fact that I have to poison my body with bunch of chemicals these pills are made of.
I always believed in alternative medicine and especially Old Traditional Chinese medicine. And this time when I started feeling that my life started to slip away I knew that Antidepressants is not the right choice for me. I really wanted to get to the bottom of my health issues and treat the root of the problem instead of just covering the symptoms.
I did a thorough research of clinics that were practicing a non traditional way of curing patients.
I must say that I was very lucky to find Complete Balance clinic.

I initially came to Complete Balance through a recommendation from a friend for my recent whiplash so I thought I gave it a try. This place is a gem! The initial assessment was done by Esther. She is very smart, thorough and caring. She took her time to listen to your concerns and then set out a treatment plan for the whole team to follow. I was suffering from migraine headache for years, I tried many different medicine and diet but nothing was good enough for my headache. Since I started working with Complete Balance team, especially my experience with Leema I feel magically different.
I gave myself a treat by starting cosmetic acupuncture which was another wonderful experience with their knowledgeable staff.

I am not even sure how to describe Esther. I never really believed in acupuncture or homeopathic medicine, but I I decided to give it a shot since most doctors tend to treat the current symptom and not the root cause of any issues. I went to complete balance with a frozen shoulder that I had for 9 months. I saw Esther and she is amazing. Makes you feel so at ease as soon as you get there. Everyone there is amazing and friendly. From my first conversation with Mary the office administrator to my first assessment and treatment with Royce, I began to feel a difference right away. I can not say enough truly GREAT things about my experience at Complete Balance the last few months. I was chronically feeling tired, low-energy and something just "felt off" for me for many years. I was discouraged since I was trying to do everything right but continually felt more and more unhealthy and it was affecting areas in my life.

After going to Complete Balance, the changes I'm seeing in my health are truly SURPRISING as I haven't felt this healthy (on the inside and out) for years. After hearing her on a Christian radio program, I saw Lara for my nutrition: she is knowledgeable, good at discerning specific needs and has a genuine heart for helping people. She helped me to start changing specific habits for eating and really thinking differently about food in a positive way that produced positive change. After, I met with Esther for acupuncture: Esther is a real blessing with what she does for her patients, and her heart to genuinely help people shows as she helped me on my road to see real health improvements in different areas. I also saw Royce for acupuncture: I feel Royce is very good at what he does as well, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and noted improvements with him. In addition, I decided to also see Ambrose for some personal counselling: he's gifted in his role and his approach has been very helpful and enlightening for me. Mary who manages the office administrative duties always has a genuine warm greeting and she makes coming to the office always a positive experience.

Overall, I've been seeing improvements and "layers" of difficulty tackled and improved upon by everyone's good work at Complete Balance. It's been such a positive experience and am grateful to God how they're each helping in this journey. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who either feels something is "off" in their general well-being or looking to get healthier to just give them a try.
