Staff is very helpful. My eye exam was conducted very thoroughly. Doctor Chattoo took the time to examine and explained the results of the tests. I would strongly recommend this place.

Dr. Chatoo is extremely professional and thorough. She truly cares about her patients. She follows through on all documentation and shares it with other medical professionals when needed. She is also very kind and compassionate.

Saw Dr. Sher. It was a straight forward eye exam, however both times I visited my concerns were not addressed or treated. Front desk staff is friendly and quick to respond.

If you want to take care of your eyes, Complete Family Eyecare is the perfect place to do so. Highly recommended! My opinion is based on twenty-year-long experience. I spend most of my life in front of a computer. Without their help I would be probably blind right now.

Good service, very knowledgeable staff. But I was completely ripped off with the price. $240 dollars for an eye exam and a vision health check up. Other places do this for nearly half the price. Do not recommend this. Look for quotes in other places and see for yourself. Stay away from this place, they will rip you off too.

Dr. Chatoo is always very professional and friendly. So is her staff. I have been her patient for many years, and am always happy to see her for her excellent and thorough eye exams.

Not the worst but far from the best

Edit: wasn't going to go into detail but upon reading reviews I noticed it's a common trend for them to mistake the prescriptions for their patients. I had to go back 3 or 4 times and still have issues.

Visited today for complete eye exam. The staff and docter were very professional and humble. The docter explained every step of my exam in detail. I really appreciate and recommend this place.

They insisted on charging $90 for a scan that isn't necessary. They are not using drops to dilate your pupils using covid as an excuse, but will still charge you the same fee to see the doctor. What was incredibly strange was that they still got close to me to put lubricant eye drops for the checkup despite covid. This happened to myself, my wife and my mom. If you scam a whole family, you're going to lose 'customers'.

Dr. Chatoo and her staff are amazing. My whole family has been seeing her for years. Everyone that works at this office is always so friendly and help you through the process of finding a nice pair of glasses that suit you and your style! Would strongly recommend to everyone.

Doctor is very good. But reception young lady is inpatient and rude, and price is over charge what they quote me before, she didn’t explain why. That is why little bit disappointed. That is dishonest, you better be careful deal with this kind people!

Dr. Sameen Chatoo is an extremely pleasant and genuine person to be around. Top of the line service. Read a lot of good things about this place and decided to call in to book an appointment, and the first question the lady asked me was if i was a refugee.
I found that rude and uncalled for

Convenient access and parking, polite and accommodating receptionist, flexible in setting appointments, extremely friendly doctor. I walked in with my 2 girls and although they were fully booked, they managed to see my daughters right away when I explained I need this to be done in their winter break and asked myself to book for my own exam for another time!
The Doctor was very friendly and looked very smart with high EQ! That's what I like to see more around me! People with high EQ and social intelligence!
The office was adequately equipped and decently clean.

I have been there few years back and dr chatoo was very pushy.she refused to do my full eye check up untill i pay for the eye picture which costs around $150 with them which isnt even manditory.its optional.so i decided to go somewhere else and the other place only charges $50 for the same thing.

So this year i called to make an appointment for my eye check up again in the same office wanting to see a diffrent dr since this place is close to me and the receptionist hamida she said since last year i went somewhere else then she cant book me.she said go somewhere else.
She was very rude and hung up the phone on me at the end which isnt prodessional at allll.

Fantastic doctor, never seen any doctor spend so much time with the patient. She not only talks to you about your eye but also tries to know you as a person and what else she can do to help you. The front office staff is amazing and out of the world. Roya and Hamdia so so helpful, they go out of the way to support you and help you. Good job guys, I would highly recommend this to every one.
