It took over a year and several visit 4-5 for them to fix the drafts on all the doors they installed one being bad enough to cause frost on one of the door frames they had installed.
It was frustrating as often the response was it was normal, it’s because the furnace is running, although there was a draft coming through it, was fine because they couldn’t see light. (Which it was not fine). On the last visit (a year and 2 winters after installation) they removed the frames from all the doors and there were gaps in the insulation. They did finally fix it. The process and constantly having to get them back out was frustrating as well I had to run portable electric heaters in the areas of the doors because my propane bill was $800 for 5 weeks with out the extra heat.

definitely room for improvement with communication, follow through and timely repairs. For me communication is vital. I appreciate when I don’t have to keep calling back to try and get resolution or updates. I appreciate when this is company lead as opposed to customer lead especially when past due.

Again customer lead instead of management lead however negotiation was fair. Length of time for resolution of defects was 2.5/5

All is installed as should be. I do have an air leak with the door which is waiting on manufacturer to come look at. I will update again after this process.

I have Dealing with complete windows and door for a year now, with the initial order August 2021. I have been holding off on a review as I typically like to leave positive reviews only. That being said I did not expect window/ door installation to be such a lengthy process. I understand in the beginning some things were related to Covid, my unsatisfactory review is related to a 5 month installation process and still waiting for some repairs and screens the communication has bee extremely poor. I contacted 2 weeks ago and they said they would be in contact shortly. Then last week I contacted again and asked to speak to someone other Steve to express my concerns and was told they would get back to me tomorrow and that was 10 days ago. I paid a lot of money for a patio door that was installed in April that I have not been able to enjoy as it is bowed (needs repair) and has no screen and a big chunk of the summer has now passed, still awaiting repair of 2 of the doors installed, and 2 windows as well. Communication and timely installation/repair is what reflects in the review. Their installers have been doing kind and respectful. The biggest break down is in the office. Based on. This work ethic I would not recommend.

We can’t express how awesome Complete Windows and Doors was to work with. From the quote, to booking, all the communication in between and the installation day - it was completely seamless. We are thrilled with the quality of the door and window we had installed, the installers were prompt, efficient, friendly and very tidy. They vacuumed and dusted when they left. If you need new doors or windows - these are the people to call!

Thank you for a great job, the windows are beautiful! It makes such a difference in the room. The blinds were off a bit and Greg picked them up to adjust which was awesome!

Treats employees like garbage! Charges the customer and subcontractor for job material, making double the profit. Window measurements became inconsistent which made it more time consuming to install. Clearly doesn’t understand or abide by the Construction Act of Ontario. Would rather work for minimum wage then be employed by someone with such ignorance and arrogance.

From our sale representive Greg who was very professional and knowledgeable to our two installers who worked hard and kept the work place clean. They also took away the old doors and windows. Fantastic experience, would give more stars if we could. Rob did a great job walking us through the sales process - no pressure, he made suggestions on what we might like, but ultimately listened to what we wanted. John and his Install Team were OUTSTANDING - made sure everything was perfect and fixed anything that wasn't, arrived and finished right on time, and were a pleasure to deal with all around.

Serge and his staff are true professionals. They are always communicating, arrive and deliver on time and work in a fun timely manner.

Came to install three windows but removed wrong ones. They put them back, said that ordered new. It's been two months, I called and they don't know what I'm taking about. Installers say that don't know who did it and the company believe them. Meanwhile I have windows temporarily foamed, look ugly and zero accountability. Waiting for the solution.

We replaced the windows and sills on the front of our house. The installers did an excellent job and were finished within the day.
There was a small incident where one of the installers accidentally broke something in my house. He was really nice and said he would have to pay for it. I would never make him do that and was a bit surprised the company wouldn’t stand behind their installer in the event of an accident.

Sales staff was friendly they came in talked polite gave a fair quote (i got 3 they were the best)
windows were better than I expected
install team were amazing fast clean and early lol
it was a harder install than normal due to it being an old building that is 1 foot away from the next building.wasnt a prob for these guys.

We are thrilled with the new windows & doors installed in February, especially looking forward to using the phantom door screens! We certainly appreciate your team braving the cold and stormy conditions to get the job done. The installers carefully removed our existing cedar trim and were able to reuse them all! What’s nice is because of the winter install.there was no inconvenience to us and now our seasonal cottage is ready when we are! Total window and door makeover by Complete Windows and Doors. Very competitive pricing and quality workmanship. Detailed, specific, clean installation and honest. Customer service excellent. Only regret is that we didn't complete project sooner. Shout out to Serge and his team for a job well done.

I asked for the fiberglass door. I wanted to spend money on something good and called many companies one by one. The best fiberglass door manufacturer was Mastergrain hands down. The guy came with Mastergrain brochure. He justified his ridiculously low price with claim to be local company. Felt legit and satisfying considering the price was really low. Should've set an alarm tbh. One month after install all the paint peeled off. It's been half a year and seems I'm stuck because the door is a handyman special while Mastergrain is "just s marketing material to pick the design". I feel I was tricked and played. Make me angry.
