Recently came in after upgrading my computer on my own but realized I was missing a screw, they found me a replacement screw in less than 2 minutes and, gave it to me at no charge despite me offering to pay.

My keyboard was broken and I didn't want to pay a fortune to have it repaired. The employees at CXS helped to find alternative solutions by offering me an extended warranty on my computer and replacing my keyboard through the warranty. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was fixed within a few hours. This was great as I need my computer for school and couldn't afford to drop it off somewhere for more than a day. Wonderful customer service and really good quality work!

Brought in my lenovo laptop to get my keyboard replaced. Out of the 8+ stores i called Adrian and CXS were the ONLY store to give me an accurate price on parts (all other shops quoted me an extra 100-200$ for the same exact part). Did a great job with my laptop, reasonably priced and professional grade work. Recommending them to every person I know

Was charged $70 diagnosis but before that they were constantly asking me for my Gmail login and Microsoft login information. They did not need any of that information as it was my hard drive that was corrupted. So, for $70 I was told it was my hard drive. They offered to transfer data and replace hard drive for some ungodly amount, but after the incompetence or malevolence of asking for my login information I decided to go somewhere else. Also, read the review about the lady who was stalked on Facebook by one of the employees. I wish I saw that before gave these creeps my business. Pass!
