I called to buy a refurbished laptop they had for sale, explaining that my laptop was dying. He said I likely don't need a new laptop and just need to replace my hard drive. He replaced my hard drive and my laptop is working better then when it was new! Saved me hundreds of dollars!

Based on such positive reviews, we contacted Chris and Brian when the power adapter for my Asus Rog Strix laptop was zapped during a lightening strike at our home. None of the computer stores were able to find us a replacement. I even contacted Asus directly and this less common adapter was not even available from them!
Chris was very friendly and said that she would check with their suppliers. The very next day she called me back and said she had found one in Toronto that should be a match. It was! This saved my computer. I only deal with Computers and Parts Direct when I need help. Their prices are reasonable and the service is fast. I have told my friends that this is a wonderful place to deal with.

I have a 3-year-old HP desktop in great condition, but it needed a larger solid-state system drive. Prior to going in to Computer and Parts Direct, I checked a couple of the larger places, such as Best Buy and Canada Computes. The wanted a lot of money to take a look at my computer, and needed several business days unless I wanted to pay a premium. Brian told me I could have my computer the next day. He lived up to his promise, and, importantly, was significantly cheaper. This is now my go-to repair shop and I have already recommended it to friends.

These guys absolutely rock! I'm self-employed and my Macbook is my tool to make a living so having days without it are really tough. I got a couple other quotes that were over twice the price and a few days to repair a keyboard and battery. Chris (super friendly lady at front desk) was amazing and was able to turnaround my job THE SAME DAY (for half the price of some of the other quotes). Definitely recommend. Once again, this place saved the day. My company laptop died and I was pretty sure it was the motherboard, so Chris sent it off the same day to a place that could possibly repair the motherboard. They found a bad on/off switch, fixed it, and charged me very little for it. The laptop was back in my hands 4 days later. After I upgrade windows 10 on my laptop it’s crashing and doesn’t work any more, they fixed my laptop, reasonabl price and fast.

For a small computer store Brian and his wife have more business integrity then most of the bigger chains.

The owner is an expert. Friendly and can get literally any computer you need as he buys off lease refurb and surplus.

When one of our work PCs died in the past, I would normally head over to Best Buy for a new one. But I couldn’t do that this week when the power wouldn’t turn on, as the software on it was irreplaceable. I decided instead to give the computer repair place in downtown Whitby (neighbour to KB’s restaurant) a try. He took it in right away, fixed it within 2 hours for a fraction of the cost, and saved the day! They also do housecalls and remote trouble shooting. It’s a great relief to know that we now have an excellent local computer repair company to call. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this business to every one.
