Asked them to replace the fan and keyboard of laptop, told me it would take 2 weeks and ended up taking 2 months. Finally got it fixed, but the headphone piece doesn’t work anymore and the laptop completely break down after a month. Not worth the time and money. Avoid.

No wonder all the 1 star comments have been flagged helpful.

Just an update, my computer is now fixed with another shop in 2 days. Headphone and mic both working, but was told the connection of computer was not done correctly which caused a bunch of issues.

DONT BRING UR LAPTOP HERE! Came here to try and fix my laptop at first he told me it would take TWO WEEKS for parts but he couldn’t even fix it and he still charged me nearly $50 for just looking at it.

I went in because my laptop fan was making a grinding sound. They ordered a new fan piece and charged me a somewhat expensive repair cost, but then they cleaned my whole computer for me including the screen and internals for no added cost. Very worth it!

Excellent service. I had my MacBook Air screen cracked and brought it to an official apple retailer store for repair, but they've told me it would cost 800 without apple care. At that price, it would have been better to buy a new PC. After that, I visited this place, and he assessed the cost within 5 minutes. He told me he would fix it with half the price of what the retailer gave me and he kept the promise with an excellent quality of repair. I haven't seen a clean screen like this for months and am very satisfied. 100% recommended, thank you!

A good man, who does good work. I would have given a 5, but I wish the repair had been less money, but then everyone deserves to earn a living. Not his problem that my budget is so tight. I would recommend him.

I took my Lenovo Yoga laptop to Computronic for a battery replacement. All communication by email with Jeff was quick and clear and he pre-ordered the battery and a couple of days later I the laptop in and he changed it within a couple of hours.

COMPUTRONIC ARE AMAZING!

Back in July I spilt an entire bowl of noodle soup (!) over my Dell XPS 13 laptop. It immediately died and in my panic I ripped off half the keys from the keyboard to try to dry it out. Googling the situation told me that the laptop was dead from the liquid damage and there was no saving it.

As a last resort, the next morning I took the laptop to Computronic for an assessment, just to double check if there was any saving it. By the afternoon, they called me and told me the laptop was pretty much ruined by the soup, BUT, they quoted me roughly $200 to repair it and gave me a full overview of what needed doing. Even better, they told me the parts could be with them the next day and it would be ready for pick up the day after next. I gave them the go ahead, and low and behold, by the day after next, I was back picking up my laptop, which turned on again. Not only that, but they had replaced the battery, and a bunch of other parts, and fixed the keyboard, which meant my laptop that I had been using daily for 5 years worked better than ever and was now as good as new. The new battery now lasts 12 hours instead of 1, and the laptop is speedier than ever.

They were brilliant and communicative throughout the process, and I could not have been happier with the job that they did and the service I received. If you have any issue with your laptop or computer, ranging from it swimming in soup, to an old battery, to a virus, or the many other services they can provide, I would thoroughly recommend Computronic to resolve it for you.
