I've had an ongoing nightmare with Comu Networks for over a year now. Their internet service is incredibly unreliable, with outages sometimes lasting for weeks at a time. This has had a significant negative impact on my work and daily life.

What's equally disappointing is their customer service. I've tried to reach out through various channels, including phone calls, voicemails, and emails, only to be consistently ignored. On the rare occasions they do respond, it takes weeks for them to do so. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.

It is extremely frustrating having Comu Networks as the internet provider in my building, and it's disheartening to see such a lack of care for their customers. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide the reliable service and support that we all deserve.

Tired of constantly complaining and still facing same issue. I don't understand why the service is not set up properly and every time I have to contact for the same issue. This is becoming part of my routine to raise ticket for internet access.fed up now.

They manage the internet in the building i live at. No internet connection for two days going to the, 3rd day.
Filed tickets and called them multiple times, their answer is.not our problem it is rogers problem.
In the last 5 weeks we had 4 internet outage problems.each problem lasted for at least 2 days.in 35 days.we had no connction in 8 of them which is almost 1/4 the time.

Sage apartments use this company and the internet frequently goes down. No one responds to the problem during weekends. Sometimes you are forced to spend the whole weekend with no internet and have to go to university library for wifi. Can be super frustrating especially if it’s before deadlines.

I was having technical issues at my place and their support technician Xavier walked me through the whole process over the phone and resolved it within an hour. His knowledge on it is super strong and he was very thorough with his explanations. A really kind hearted person!

I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Comu Networks. Their technical expertise and customer service is top-notch. They have helped me with several internet issues in person and especially over the phone. In particular, Xavier is always ready to help with any issues you might have no matter how long it takes and constantly follows up to ensure that customers are satisfied with their connection. There has never been a case where I was left dissatisfied. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any of your networking needs. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

I had a lot of trouble with my wifi and Abigail was amazing! She was a huge help in solving all my issues and now my wifi runs so much faster. Great service!

Abigail visited my suite to resolve the issue. She was very helpful, professional, and offered the best possible solution to fix the issue. She did all the tests in a timely manner, and came up with a resolution shortly. She also help me optimize the connection for connecting to my smart lights hahah.

My wifi was horrible in my room and Abigail came in to save the day! She was super quick with diagnosing the issue and bringing in a new piece of hardware to replace a faulty one.

Had very slow speeds so I called late the day before and got service the morning after. Found the problem and have great speeds now.

I had issues with an Ethernet jack in the apartment, so I filed a support ticket online. A technician named Abigail showed up, and she very quickly solved the problem. Thanks Abigail!

I had issues with my wifi, I called the company and one of the technician named Abigail came and she fixed everything. It was a seamless experience and I didn’t have to wait long! I have never had issues since then in Hespeler house! Thanks to Abi!

Wifi went down, called and got a quick response, a technician came the next day and fixed the problem. Shoutout Abigail for the great service! 10/10

Very poor customer service. Internet frequently drops in Waterloo and they have absolutely no technicians available after 4 PM, if you even get through to their "24/7" helpline.

Would not recommend.

Internet goes out around noon on Friday doesn't come back up and is the weekend. No one answers calls and they are doing nothing. Probably the worst ISP you can get for an apartment.
