Very disappointed with ComWave - my dad and mom are over 70 years old, and they have not had service for over a month. ComWave told them they will only credit for 2 days, ie when my parents called to say that they did not have service. How is this company still in business. The customer care people are very rude and do not honor each others promises. When my parents wanted to cancel they were told they they will be charged $600 for early termination fees. My dad was duped into sighing a 3 year contract. Utterly disappointed with this company.

Very Frustrating awful experience I've spent an absolutely unbelievable amount of time on hold with support and customer service. They Even drop the calls while on hold. I only have home phone with comwave and My home phone has been down again for weeks.
It works only intermittently since we first registered with Comwave and trying to get support is terrible.
Price keeps going up and for a simple home phone. The contract is ridiculous they should provide reliable service as promised.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Would never recommend to anyone.

If you think you’re gonna leave Rogers and use these guys cause they’re cheaper their customer service is an absolute joke. You will sit on hold just as long as Rogers and then deal with incompetence once somebody comes on the phone call.

I'm very happy with my comwave internet. It was quick to get hooked up and the price is awesome. Also the connection with my devices is great and easy enough for my mother to use. Thank you very much I also appreciate the customer service checking up to make sure everything is working proper and if there was anything else they could help me with, very friendly and I'm glad i chose comewave, I'll let my friends know.

Thomas the customer rep was very courteous and helpful when i spoke to him for a better rate for my tv and internet. After telling him what I wanted he got me a lower rate and saved me some money which was what I wanted. Thank you for all your help.

The initial placing of the order and delivery of the modem was great but the installation appointment was an absolute failure. Comwave sent me an email stating installation was one day and then I received a text from telus stating a different day. When I contacted comwave to clarify the issue I was told that the install would be happening that day and they didnt know why I received a text stating otherwise. I waited the entire day as instructed but nobody showed up. I called back the next day to find out that the date had been changed and they had it in their files but they didnt know why I wasn't told. I took a day off work for this and then had to take a couple hours off again when telus did show up. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the service itself seems to work very well. The guy did give me 10% off my first bill but I feel they could have and should have done more. Obviously they don't believe that other peoples time is valuable.

Just wanted to write an update about comwave. The resolved my problem quickly and professionally, and I have been very happy with the service so far. I would update my review to 4 stars now, you can't beat the price and it works great.

Absolutely the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. The internet connectivity drops numerous times each day and the wait times when calling Comwave are terrible. Do your self a favour and don't give Comewave your business!

They overcharged my company after taking over Digitcom and I am having trouble getting them to resolve the issue. Next step will be CRTC complaint if I don't get this resolved in the next week. This seems to be their thing based on some of the reviews that I have read Saying sorry, telling you they will get the issue resolved but do nothing is dishonest and boils down to theft.

Worst company to deal with, specially when you want to cancel there services, they will disconnect you and tell you nothing owed, and then issue a balance and send you to collection, when you call them no one will help and you will face collection that ruin your credit score report at not your fault.

Do not deal with this company.

Worst experience with any company I’ve ever had. Didn’t have internet for 3 weeks and all I could be told was just wait and see and I couldn’t cancel and switch to another provider because I would have to buyout my contract for a service they are not even providing me. I would be on the phone with them every single day like it was a full time job just to hear their horrible “technicians” say restart the router like I hadn’t tried that myself. I did not have internet for 3 weeks and still had to pay a full months worth of internet and on top of that had to pay extra on my cell phone bills for me and my wife because we both had to go over our data usage because we did not have wifi. I would not recommend to this company to anyone. I would rather die than ever go back to this company. I bought out my contract and switched over to bell and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I wish I had never started using this company and went to bell from the start. Save your time and money and avoid this terrible horrendous company at all costs

If you respect yourself, your money and your time, DONT try this “company”.
Still not sure if they offer home internet. I’ll try them again, when need to change tyres to my car. Hope they better at this!

Got doubled charged by them for 6 months! Then they lost my banking info and said it was my fault! Then when contract was over and of course I canceled they charged me $280.called them and $200 was a "mistake" $80 was a restocking fee.please people don't get this service.they are SCAMMERS!

I have signed up for a three year $99 a month bundle. Every so often the bill creeps up with additional charges and I have to phone the customer service to have these additional charges removed

Had a issue with comwave for suspending my service but because a awesome representative called me and explained things politely and all issues solved I am very happy with comwave at this time.

Been with this company a long time. Staff is friendly and always polite. They try their best to keep the customer happy. Almost left for better deal today but they helped me with competitive pricing and service. A good company that values loyalty.

This corporation is the largest cable company that relies on lies and false guarantees. Money grabbing company that praise on our older generation and least wealthy. The reviews should be very informative and helpful.
