Concept Dental Care

Dr. Mahdavi is an amazing dentist. We have been seeing Dr. Mahdavi since before he even began his own practice at it's current location. Also, our son had a traumatic experience with a former dentist, even though the other dentist was supposed to be a specialist in child dentistry. After coming to see Dr. Mahdavi, our son has not experienced anything but kindest and competence. Dr. Mahdavi takes the time to greet his patients, and is quite genuinely interested in their answer. Then, during any procedure, Dr. Mahdavi is always checking to ensure his patient is okay and comfortable.

The staff that works for Dr. Mahdavi is very friendly, competent and happy to address any schedule or billing concerns you have.

We drive an hour to attend appointments at this clinic, but we consider the drive well worth it. We have referred many people to his practice, Concept Dental Care, and they have had nothing other than positive comments regarding the care they received. I truly believe that if anyone is looking for a great dental experience (yes, the two things can be said in the same sentence, lol), that they give Dr. Mahdavi a try.

After experiencing difficulties with a crown he installed, Dr. Mahdavi went to a lot of trouble (2 visits) and he replaced the crown with a new one, all at no charge. I'm very happy with him and Concept.

I cant say enough of how friendly and amazing Dr. Mahdavi is. He is such a great dentist. Very caring and professional. He does amazing work. I would highly recommend him as a dentist.

I have been going to Concept Dental Care for over 15 years. Actually my whole family has and I don't why I haven't written a review ever. So I just wanted to take a minute to say that the team at Concept Dental Care is so wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. I've travelled & lived many places (and continue to do so when possible) but I've told Dr. Mahdavi, that even if my family moved from Hamilton, or Ontario, or Canada, I will always come back to them. All other dentists and practices we have tried over the years do not compare. With the Concept Dental Care team we always know we are in great hands, and I can't recommend all of them enough!

Our daughter (two days after her 5th birthday), recently had a checkup. The morning of her appointment, she kept saying how excited she was to go to the dentist! That's because, they do a fabulous job with all ages (I've been a patient there majority of my life - I'm 29).

I've had one too many cavities in my life, so I have plenty of experience with the numbing needle - but I'm never nervous about it! Dr. Mahdavi has this technique that makes it virtually painless!

The whole team at Concept Dental Care is friendly and helpful. Dr. Mahdavi and the dental hygienists are patient, understanding and do an exceptional job with check ups and cleanings!

I honestly can't say enough about them. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Concept Dental Care! Bonus: they have TVs in each room!

Always excellent service at Concept Dental. Having suffered major dental trauma in the past, I have had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Thanks to the entire team's steady hand, I feel I finally overcame my life long fear of the dental chair.

Dr. Radhi is truly amazing! She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and her genuinely caring personality really made my experience the best one! Dr. Mahdavi is great, expert and skillful dentist. His crow is amazing. They know what they are doing. Not only that, they provide useful advices for off clinic dental care. Dr. Mahdavi is a friend and a colleague. Being a dentist and knowing all about the profession make it even harder to select the right dentist for yourself. Dr. Mahdavi with the depth of his knowledge and exceptional dexterity made it easy for me to chose him as my own dentist. He is a credit to our distinguished profession. Disappointed with quality of service. My husband and son had a filling done and both fillings came out within 6 months. This happen 2 other times with in the year. We just weren't getting the service we needed.

I started going to Dr. Mahdavi after my previous dentist retired. Like everything else I do when shopping, I started searching reviews to investigate proximity to where I lived and opinions about the dentist and, also importantly, the staff. From my first appointment I felt that everyone was very warm and welcoming and though I eventually did need dentures, followed through with Dr. M and he did a great job. Since then I've recommended my daughter who has now visited there four tiimes. She was impressed by the fact that he seemed to remember a lot about her from the first visit, although here visits were weeks apart. She works very strange hours with differing days off and a schedule that is short notice and they have been very good accommodating this. I / we highly recommend Dr. Mahdavi and his staff!

What an amazing team. Every time I go I feel blessed to h e such a great dentist. And behind every rest dentist is an amazing staff. Thank you for being an integral part of the community.

Where do I start? The Best Dental Care should be your name. I love you guys. Dr. Mehdavi is the most kind and caring doctor. He's very professional in his field. This showed during a dental surgery that he had to perform on me today. His team is the best team, very patient and always welcoming.
My son usually is all excited to go for his routine visits. This tells it all, super friendly with the kids.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mehdavi for almost 11 years now, even after moving from Hamilton. I highly recommend Concept Dental Care.
