My honest review about my PRP experience. I am really disappointed about my PRP treatment results. I had my PRP treatment with Jennifer 5 months ago. I spent $2040 on three PRP treatments and I regret it. I was hoping to stop hair loss and make my hair thicker but it got worse after the PRP treatment injections. They promised me my hair would stop falling out after I complete the the three treatments but in vain. I attached my pictures before and after treatments and you can decide by your own. I am frustrated and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone or for anything!

I had a chemical peel with Brooklin; finally, I can show my chest again, which I'd been hiding for YEARS due to vertical lines. It is truly miraculous! I need a ret-reatment every six months or so, but it's quite reasonably priced. I am recommending this.

I went to the clinic for my first ever Botox injections and fillers and Dr. Jackeline was amazing! She was so sweet and walked me through the whole process, answering any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, she always checked in with me and made sure I was feeling okay through all procedures. I recently had a Sylfirm X and under-eye PRP treatment done at Concept Medical, and had an amazing experience. I started my treatment with nurse Jennifer who did my blood draw for PRP, she explained to me the process of PRP in detail, which was very much appreciated. I then had my Sylfirm X treatment with Robyn. The treatment went very smoothly and was not painful at all. Robyn was great at explaining which setting she was using for different areas of the face. To finish off, I saw Dr Hetz for the PRP injections under my eyes. Dr Hetz really made me feel at ease and the injection process went really well. I am already seeing results and I feel the PRP made a huge difference for my concern area under my eyes. I highly recommend Dr Hetz and his team at Concept Medical.

My experience at Concept Medical continues to be amazing. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted with a warm smile, friendly and helpful receptionist. I’m then in awe of your physical space, filled with natural lighting, extra clean, spacious waiting area and of course, beyond exquisite art (!).
This is then followed by more smiles, attentive, client-centered care by highly trained professionals. Blows my mind! Every time I go to CM, this has been my experience.
The cherry on the sundae: all my encounters from the moment I walk in to when I leave, are with people who absolutely LOVE working with and for Concept Medical. It’s amazing and definitely contagious as I’ve never experienced this myself and would seriously consider quitting my job to come and work at CM!

Was fortunate enough to be treated to a Hydrafacial at Concept Medical. This was my first time at CM and I was immediately impressed. The facility is super clean and polished but feels friendly and welcoming.

Robyn was wonderful from start to finish, carefully explaining each step of the treatment and the various benefits.

This is NOT a typical facial you would get at a regular spa. My skin looked instantly brighter and more radiant, without redness or irritation. It felt like the results actually lasted for several weeks afterwards too.
