I am very upset and unfortunate to wright this review as a long-term royal concord homes owner. Today I had the worst customer care experience ever in my life from concord North York customer care team. Marcene and Sophie from the team make me feel like Concord is their family-owned business. They definitely crushed and ruined the trust and professionalism concord always deliver. Even though their manager called me right after the issue, I can tell the manager is really nice and professional, but it still a nightmare when I think about the experience with the team.
