Our sale rep was very helpful and guided us through the necessary documents and steps very kindly. The website has some quirks, and I can't access my 'email settings' page with their website breaking, but that's a minor inconvenience compared to the wonderful help of our rep.

I created an account with condos.ca, and the site was quite helpful. However, within an hour I got a text message from an unknown number saying "Hey Danielle, hope you are having a good afternoon". I didn't get a response right away, so I did a reverse search and it was one of the agents from this site. I called to confirm it was an agent and when it was I promptly de-activated my account. I'm used to getting sales calls, however I can't say I'm familiar or comfortable with receiving vague texts from unknown numbers - not overly professional.

Later on they will tell you the clear picture. There is a wastage of lot of time and compromise of personal information without any gain.

We worked with two sales representative from this company. It was the most horrible and unprofessional service. First rep Markos didn't even show up for the showings after my partner took a day off to see the listings. The second rep, Ruben, after he said he arranged the showings for the next day, he cancelled all of them by saying it will be a waste of his time to see the places that he promised to show. So, be super careful if you're going to work with this company, they are not just unprofessional, their attitude is also very rude. Although we sent them a feedback regarding the no-show up, but we didn't get any response, either.

I've dealt with three different agents from this firm and won’t be using them again.

The first agent that I contacted thought it was okay to prescreen me. I own a house mortgage free. I have no debts and a high credit score in the mid 700’s. Yes, I very much do mind an agent asking me the specifics of my finances including the amount on my tax assessment. He told me to get another agent. Oh, I did.

A few weeks later I set-up an appointment to see a condo with another agent. I contacted him an hour before the showing to confirm. He replied back that something came up and he had to cancel.

I then contacted a third agent. I saw three properties with her and wanted to put in an offer on the third one. I asked the agent to talk to the listing agent about a problem with the unit. (It was a nice unit but it had a very bad stench.) She said that she would, and she would get back to me. I sent a follow-up email after two days. I never heard back.

It's unfortunate that the crazy, heated Toronto real estate market is fuelling such ignorant and unprofessional behaviour amongst some agents. Regardless, I won't be dealing with this firm again.

I’ve been recently been looking for a condo to rent in Toronto and found condos.ca very nice website and very easy to use to find what you are looking for.

I found on their site a condo I thought I would be interested in, I filled out the requested information and the very next day was contacted by Fred, he asked what area I was interrested in and and how much I earn a year and what my credit score was and I let him know this information.

The next day he sent me back an email with 3 condos that he thought I might be interested in, I asked asked him if the original condo I first asked him about was still available to which his reply was “ I will find out and get back to you “.

No reply ever came even a week after I sent another email letting him know that I never heard anything back even two phone calls with no response.

Very disappointing service to say the least I can only assume they are not interested in helping renters as the service I received was very poor, I know if I ever provided that kind of service to the customers I deal in my line of work I would not have a job for very long.

Avoid Condos.ca if you are a renter and looking for decent service. Maybe for buying and selling condos they are ok but not for renters.

We booked a few tours with condos.ca representative Arvin Reyes and he was extremely unprofessional. First of all, he was unresponsive over email and we had to send multiple emails from different accounts to hear back from him. He showed up 15 mins late to the tour and took us to view condos at times the tenants had asked not to have tours. He told us we had to talk to the tenants and ask them to let us in to see their home because he claimed they would not be accommodating to him. When we asked what amenities the buildings had, he simply replied "all of them". Even if the building did not have "all" of the amenities. He didn't take the time to actually explain the amenities and he waited in a separate room while we went to see them. The way he spoke to other people made us uncomfortable - he was very disrespectful and demanding to building staff and other people around. Overall we were very unhappy with our experience with Arvin and felt that he was not invested in finding us a place.
