Rude and overpriced. Costs minimum $200 for them to just come out!
Had a bad experience and the manager (Ben) was very condescending. He said "Well i dont have a time machine, so i cant go back in time" in response to my complaint. Unprofessional.

My AC was acting up and I called CM for service. Ben, the service manager, was incredibly helpful and sent a tech out very quickly. The Tech, Dwayne, did a first class job of explaining the issue to me, and repairing the AC.

I would absolutely recommend CM and will use them again.

Terrible customer service, in particular from Christie. The tech that was dispatched out was excellent to deal with on the phone, although they never showed up due to the high demand In other calls. I won’t bother calling Conestogo mechanical again.

My sink and toilet got clogged and I needed an after-hours service. I called at 3: 00pm and the tech arrived by 4: 30pm. The plumber was friendly, responsive, very professional and very efficient at solving the issue.

They were on-time and fixed our HVAC unit quickly. The techs were personable and professional. Couldn't really ask for more

Excellent experience with Mark and Terryn on August 25th. They came out to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling in my condo and really went above and beyond. Not only did they do a really professional job identifying and fixing the source of the leak, but they were also very proactive in applying a seal around areas of potential future issues.

My dealings personally were stellar in NY case furnaces were being replaced in my condo building it was the expense of the property management as it was theirs to replace considering the furnace units were close to 30 plus years old
First visit they can and measured the area
Following Monday they were in at 8am and Doug was the gentleman that removed the old one, and installed the new one, following day the exterior portion was executed by Christopher, and
Doug was there to assist with lifting etc,

My dealings with Doug and Chris was a pleasure they were personable and diligent I was completely satisfied a job well done. Another firm did the electrical, and once that was installed, Chris came back in to my unit and sjowe my how to use the temperature gauge I later setup up the time and day but it was simple to use
So in short a 5 star experience!
