Best place to work and people are so helpful in this company. Good customer service as well.

Why does Congebec over book their facilities. Have no room for product, not enough product going out, too much coming in.
Drivers wait way too long to be unloaded. Maybe management should look at the way the do their product rotation.
Being a busy facility doesn't cut it.

Checked in as per my appt time. I was assigned a door right away for my pick up. Took them a while to load me.

I wasn't going to post a negative review but after 7+ hours of waiting to get unloaded all I get from them is a "laugh" to my face. If you have a choice avoid this location. I am not coming back again here for sure.

If you deliver here call your family and tell them you'll be home one day later then promised because you'll waste your entire day waiting at this location. I don't know why is so hard to understand the purpose of the appointments? If you CAN start unloading at 8pm then DON'T give us the 2pm appointment, give us 8pm appointment so we can re-organise and plan trip accordingly. If everyone else can do it, please you do it as well. What's the benefit of LYING drivers like this and giving us a fake hope?

Working in congebec is little tough because of the the freezer but the main issue is that the behaviour of superviser is quite rude like he is yelling on the workers. Which makes more difficult. One cannot easily understand him what he is saying.

I had a very good experience delivering here. I got unloaded about a half hour before my appointment.

Worked here for approx. 3 months. Nice co-worker on floor. Need to leave bcoz of some better opportunity or would have work here for really long time. Recommended!

Is there any negative star rating, ridiculous work atmosphere nobody knows how to deal with employees and how to run team work especially they should give some classes for team work and schedule work to supervisors.

Always quick and professional. Little difficult backing in some bays due to employee parking right in front but not the worst I've see. Lol

The line leader Mr.amanda make this place worst to work.shouts uselessly on new workers. In nutshell, really not good at managing and cooperating with new workers.

Worst place for work. There is a guy amenda who have zero knowledge of management don't know how he can be supervisor out there. He don't know how to increase productivity. He always shouted on you. If you refused to do any particular work he fired you which is against law. I think he have to enroll in college and study some project management skills. He do not respect there employees and always demotivate them.

Bad place to work at, line leader is super picky towards unnecessary things, the woman with purple highlights thinks she's a superhuman and everybody else is subhuman
