Everything from someone politely answering the phone quickly to completing my repair at a fair price in great time was top notch.

Got my catalytic convertor replaced at Connelly's. Fairly quick and reasonable. No hassle at all.

Had some issues with the exhaust line on my 2013 Ford Edge. Diagnostic at CT quoted me $2450 and suggested I check out Connelly's. They were able to service my car right away, at literally 1/10th the cost, and it was done in just a couple of hours. I had only interacted with the staff twice but they were extremely kind and understanding both times. I will absolutely be recommending them to others.

They did an excellent job. It was quick and it was cheap. My car doesn't sound like a rocket trying to take off now.

Update: Went for another visit today. Salt really seams to do a number on the mufflers. Mine busted at a different spot this time.

Ryan was great on the phone and knew what we were looking for right away. Looking after repairs to my daughters car in less than a day and was less expensive than what was originally quoted. Highly recommend these guys! A truly pleasant experience. Nice work boys!

Great shop had my exhaust crack called and was given a quote, brought in for appointment and truck was fixed far below the quote would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing exhaust work

Took my car in to Ultimate Car Care and Jamie said they are booked solid for the next two weeks. He recommended I take my car over to Connelly's. Drove down, they took my car right in and 15 minutes later the exhaust is repaired. Outstanding family business. Exceptional service and workmanship. Fair prices. Plus if you go right now, they have a puppy!

The most honest place you could ever find. I was ready to pay for a new piece of god-knows-what but when I got back they said, “welded up a crack. It should last 6 months. No charge. ”

Honest, Reliable and Reasonable come to mind with my last experience. They only repaired a section of exhaust and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. They were friendly and quick to get me back on the road. I will be a repeat customer always.

Had an appointment for 1: 30. I arrived at 1: 20 they took my husband's car right it and checked it out. Came out to let me know the issue asked if i would like to see and gave me a price on what it would cost to fix. I agreed on the price and they began work immediately! They said it would take a bit over an hour but i was out in an hour. I am very pleased and will definitely use them in the future if needed!

I took my car in with an exhaust-y sounding noise (shows my knowledge of cars) and was able to get an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. When I first took my car in I spent no more than 15 minutes at the shop and a man (I believe by the name of Dennis) had identified the issue and showed me exactly what was wrong. As well he was able to speak in terms that made sense to me, a person with ZERO car knowledge. I had a hole in the top of my muffler. I drive a Toyota Venza which has two tailpipes. Dennis informed me that it was going to be a pricy piece to fix as I needed a new muffler, and I couldn't get a new muffler without getting new tailpipes. As a student this was a little worrisome to hear. Another man looked up prices for the muffler for me and let me decide which way I wanted to go. I could have a cheaper muffler at $475, or I could have a walker muffler with a lifetime warranty for $550. I opted for the $550 muffler, the piece was ordered and I was back in within two days to have the muffler replaced, however they did not let me leave the first day with a hole in my muffler, they cemented it as a temporary fix to my problem. I spent no more than a half hour there on the first day and the second day I dropped my car off and it was done sooner than I was available to pick it up. I picked my car up that evening, however when I picked my car up I noticed there was a rattle in my car (much like a loose heat shield) that was definitely not there when I dropped my car off. Unfortunately I did not have the time to take it back to see what the issue was and wasn't available for another 4 days. Afraid that this rattle was going to get pinned on my driving in the 4 days as opposed to it being right from the shop I called back. Unfortunately with no answer, however when I called the next day, another appointment was made no questions asked. I brought in my car and not even 15 minutes again I was informed by a fluke I received a defective muffler that was causing the rattle. They also said it needed to be replaced yet again. As a student who just spent $600 to have the first muffler replaced, the idea of needing a second muffler was horrifying. But I did have warranty and I was able to come back again two days later (today) and have my muffler re-replaced and to my avail no more rattle! And No questions asked and no extra fees. Being a young woman not to mention a student, who also has very little knowledge on cars, certain shops will take advantage of my vulnerabilities and profit. Connelly's did not, they were upfront honest and 100% reliable. Despite having to have the piece replaced twice, at the end of it all I still got a good as new car back and am on my way. As a final note, I did contact another shop out of interest to see what other people were charging. I was quoted near $700 for the same work done. I'd say 100% I got the best deal going to Connelly's. They're polite and helpful. Will definitely be recommending and going back if I need any other work done.

Dropped my car off at 8: 00 am and it was ready by 10: 00. Cheaper than expected; their shop rate is super reasonable.

I was expecting the worst. Went in for an estimate on exhaust repair and they did exactly what I wanted. Work was done quickly at a low cost. Thank you for the great service.

Been going here for years for quick, cost effective repairs to my crappy old cars as they fall apart.

Was super satisfied with my visit to connelly's muffler.went in to have my catalytic converters checked. (I'm trying to diagnose the reason my truck is running horrible) They checked them and said I didn't need new catalytic converters, mine were fine. (and to top it off), told me there was no charge, 100% honesty goes a long way. I've had work done by them in the past. And was always satisfied with the quality workmanship. A friendly smile. And very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them. (I did leave a tip for a round of coffee).

This team has to be the nicest I've encountered when dealing with my car for anything. They took the time to answer my questions, gave me an honest quote and assessment and had my car done quickly. When they knew I was on a lunch break, they made sure to move fast to get me info, and even drove me back to work so I could get my car done right away.

Now that is service.

My only complaint is that my car was left unlocked in the lot, granted it's a small lot and they can easily watch it, but it still made me nervous. The office is a bit old, and probably hasn't had a good clean in a few years - but you aren't there for a luncheon, so who cares. Service is what it is all about - don't let this place fool you or scare you off, you are in good hands.
