Super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely on the higher end, but you get what you pay for.

I was there this evening and was helped by the nicest lady at the cash. I bought a bunch of bulbs and she looked through all of them to see whether they were still viable. It must have taken 15 mins but she took her time and was super nice, I wish I caught her name, the store is lucky to have her!

Always a great visit with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always out 1st stop for plants in the area.

Fantastic! Largest plant (tropical, annual, perennial, shrub and tree) selection in the area; also have pond products, bagged stuff and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Open year round. Great Christmas planters and components for them.

In spite of the rainy, cool weather, there was an amazing choice of plants. Outside of the person checking prices, they were very helpful and polite.

We purchased 2 beautiful bonsai trees today! Loved seeing all the plants, our assistant was very knowledgeable on the care!

This was my first time visiting your website. My daughter is in need of flower pots. No matter how many ways I tried to search your site for pots & the response was always, "no results". I've no doubt one of your competitors will have what she needs.

Stopped by here today to pick up a houseplant. The staff let me browse without interrupting, but were extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I approached them with questions. Although I didn't catch her name, one of their lovely staff members helped me pick a plant that was best suited for my home and gave me detailed tips on how to care for it. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I buy an absolute ton of trees and without fail Connon has some of the best I've purchased. We haven't had one bad tree from them! If your looking for a reputable nursery this is it!

My daughter and I went plant shopping today and my obviously 2 yo grand daughter pitched a massive temper tantrum (she was very hangry) 2 staff members tried to help calm her down but showing us some neat plant tricks. Her mom and I were so grateful and we learned something today. Thank you

After a $40,000 landscaping project last fall that had all the plants and pond purchased at connons I had $200 of plants not survive the winter. Because they were purchased thru a landscaper Connon would not warranty them and I’m left with this. These are 4 of seven plants that fail. At that failure rate and after sales service you might as well buy from Walmart

Expensive, but quality is very good and staff is knowledgable and helpful.
Not everything is priced, so you may have to get a salesperson to help.

Although higher on the price range I feel it's worth it. The staff here are very friendly but more importantly incredibly knowledgeable. They have guarantees on many of the plants (never had to use it) and also can arrange delivery and planting services.

This is a terrific garden centre with a large selection of flowers, herbs, perennials, bushes, trees and garden supplies.even after the great rush in May.

It is open for in-store (or on-site) shopping. Customers and staff were practising good Covid guidelines when I recently visited.

I have delt with the Connon Nurseries through the landscaping companies I have worked for the last 20yrs plus. One thing is certain, the service hasn't changed. The sales and service teams are knowledgeable and friendly. Topnotch.

Always top notch quality products and service. And best guarantee i have found. Lost a rose plant last year for unknown reason and they told me to bring it in and they replaced it.

Things are hard to find.
Then there's the checkout situation. I gave up and left the line, put my plants back and left. It took so long to cash out this person with two carts of plants. ONE CASHIER AND ITS HOT IN LINE!

Great service! Very helpful staff.the staff knows where all the products are located. We bought tomato and pepper plants so far so good with the plants. I will go back to the nursery! Just be prepared the line yo the cash maybe a long one.

This is a wonderful nursery! There is a wide array of plants available - veggies, flowers, fruit, even trees! The space is wide and beautiful. There are excellent safety protocols in place. The workers make the process run very smoothly and efficiently during peak times. It was wonderful.

Exceptional service! It is may 17th and most other places were already sold out of almost everything but they have alot of selection still. I was particularly impressed at the way check out was organized. Very friendly staff, clean, sanitary, following all guidelines strictly, and
the organization is 10/10. I highly recommend this place!

Our visits to the Trenton location over the years have always been very good, however this year they have been exceptional. The staff from the greater who is cleaning carts and welcoming customers to the nursery staff to the information counter staff (especially Jane) all seem to have made an exceptional effort to rise to the challenges required to keep their customers and themselves safe. Really well done you should be proud of how your are helping a 'locked down' public lift their spirits through gardening. We appreciate the effort, thank you.

I buy my plants here over anywhere else never had to return a plant even though they give a warranty and also supporting local

Went today to get two standard trees and requested some help. The woman that showed us some was asked by another worker to help another customer so she walked away and never returned. Not a “I’ll be right back”. Just went and served other customers. So, they lost a $500 - $700 sale. Won’t be back.

Only starting to get some more produce out. Very expensive. Friendly staff social distancing in effect.

Friendly staff make the difference between a good experience and a fantastic one. This business has lots of staff who are experts with plants but there are two staff who are experts at great service. Tara and Andy are super positive and friendly! Made my day!

Steve was super helpful, he helped put together a herb/vegetable growing kit with seeds/soil/etc. There are also delivery options available!

Very happy with our new house plants. Returning for more once new stock arrives. Excellent customer service.
