Bought inside plants for the office. It’s not as huge as I imagined but still lots of plants to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Small plants from $4.99. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is awesome. Some farms charge you to go in a look at their flowers. This is much better and it’s free. Awesome variety of plants and trees to choose from. They just had a %50 off on trees. I will check their website to be on top of it next time.

EDIT (not prompted by vendor) : Purchased two trees from the nursery. And in fairness had some issues with the two original trees. This location stepped up and backed their product. On a side note their grass seeds are exceptional. One of the few blends which had a high ratio of Bluegrass. The staff at this location specifically are knowledgeable, and have always been nothing but professional.

Awesome place. Good selection. Nice plants. But a little more expensive than I'm used to. Dog friendly!

Lovely store, check out was dismal, as a result I left my selections and when home empty handed.

We came in looking for hydrangeas and found a wide variety. The best part of our experience was Terri, who graciously provided information, suggestions, and then helped find the best plants for us. We were happy and confident in our selection, and the final product looks great! An added bonus is that the nursery provides a 3 year warranty on the plants. It was a pleasant experience overall.

When do most people buy plants? Yup, the weekend! Hard to do that when this place is closed on Sundays. So I went to Sheridan. They are open to 5 on a Sunday

2 months ago I bought plants and instructed me that within the 3 months period I can have the refund if the plant dies without bringing the plant just take the photo of dead plant, as well as my receipt I don't need to bring it because I'm already on their system. RIDICULOUS! I went back to their place, show the photo of my dead plant and they are asking me the real dead plant. Told them that I was instructed to just only take the photo, but no, a store policy! And not only that, as if she's trying to accused me of asking the refund of another dead plant in which she said that it's not in the receipt. When my son checked it in the list of plants I bought and found the name of the plant, now she insisted again to bring the dead plant in their store. NO MERCY! NO CONSIDERATION! We drove an hour from home to their place, and now they want us to go home and come back again with that dead plants. What the heck she is thinking? ! I READY DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THE STORE POLICY OR THEIR STAFF'S POLICY? ! BEWARE!

No other place I'd rather shop for my landscaping needs.

Beautiful selection of flowers, trees, vegetable plants and an extensive sort of succulents and cacti! Not your everyday plants, I highly recommend them! The staff if so friendly as well.

Most of the employees were amazing. But the few that were in the section I was sent to were both on their phones and completely ignored me.

Warning this place has awful customer service for refund and credit policies. Bought a tree 4 days ago (not planted and in original container still) I decided didn't want it and asked for a store credit. They refused to issue me a credit because the tree was still alive! I guess I'll plant it, let it die naturally, get a store credit within a 3 year warranty. Ridiculous.

The seminars were good
Interested in new varieties and pests.
Unfortunately did not get a great deal from Brads seminar
Seems like he only works on huge properties with many $ to spend.
Not the real world for smaller companies with less than 3 employees.
Overall a good experience

Highly recommend Connon Nursery for Christmas trees! Very fresh & high quality - and our tree smells lovely as well. They also have a great and varied selection of beautiful seasonal plants available.
We visited their Newmarket location - everything was very clean and well organized. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is our first trip to their nursery and we will definitely be back.

Very well organized nursery. Wide, almost endless variety of plants. It just keeps going on and on and on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be coming for more in the spring.

Super impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff both on the phone and in the perennial section. The girl took me around to various plants that could be considered for the surprise garden I was making. I felt like I had a personal shopper! The variety of plants is amazing for July. It might have been a bit pricey but I’d rather a vast selection and paying a few more dollars than a whole bunch of more common plants. They had plants I’ve never seen before!

Love to visit Connon Nursery every Summer and Fall

Connon has a nice inventory, however it doesnt matter much when you invest your money into a tree and receive no advice or support during the purchase, or even a year later. We purchased a tree highly susceptible to pests and when reached out to get advice or product suggestions, we were ignored for over a month. Horrible customer service. Warranty is useless unless you are willing to kill your plant completely just for them to see there's something wrong. Go to another nursery that cares more.

Ordered a compost soil from them. Garbage quality. Pulled out countless bits of plastic bags, bread tags and other strange things. What unseen toxins may be lurking in there. Not something I would want for a flower bed let alone a vegetable garden.

The Bad:
I purchased ~$1600 worth of trees and perennials from them in Sept 2021. Several perennials didnt survive the winter despite being appropriately hardy.

I know the warranty on perennials is same season only, but they weren't willing to do anything when I went back to them to replace the dead plants despite the large purchase a few months ago. I would have been ok with a discount on the replacement plants.not looking for free stuff.

Glen echo and bradford gallery have better warranties and have been more accommodating in the past. Won't be returning here again.

Always a great selection of plants. Staff are wonderful. Andrea and Kimberly are always so friendly and great at what they do. Mike the horticulturalist is very knowledgeable and super helpful!

The store itself is beautiful. Unfortunately the customer service I received was frustrating. I went looking for a certain type of plant, after spending a good half hour looking I asked a sales agent for assistance, they told me that they did carry the plant and I should look for it. Having already looked quite alot I went back and looked again. I still did not find it. So I asked at the front. They told me to e-mail, so I did. Then I resved an auto generated e-mail telling me to go into the store for stock inquiries. So long story short I did not get what I went for and do not even know for sure if they really carry the plant I am looking for or not because there seems to be no way to get an answer.

The nursery is really nice and new. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable to ho find what your looking for and make suggestions.

However I found it a little hard to find some items as it was my first time going there. I'd would be much easier if they had large signs labeling sections. I.e. Shad, sun, bushes, fruits, vegetables, etc. Otherwise you have to check every single plant to find what your looking for.

With that said, the staff totally made up for it by taking us to the sections and checking off our list.

No one ever answers the phone, how can I find out if something is in stock. Their prices are always higher tgen anybody else. Good luck surviving, go to Bradford Greenhousesbetter customer service and much better prices.

Visited your Newmarket location today. I bought several annuals, planters May 10. Went back today as some of the annuals didn’t make it. All I was asking for was an EXCHANGE not a REFUND. I was denied.
As a customer who shopped several times at your location I was disappointed. I reminded the sale associate that other establishments would exchange. I was told Cannon is a small company and they cannot return or exchange on annuals.
My disappointment is that the season hasn’t even started fully and I was denied an exchange. I’m sad this is how customers are treated. After having such an experience any customer would take their business elsewhere. I’m guessing customer satisfaction is not paramount.

Worst customer service for Trades. No call backs, quote in the abyss. 4 weeks and nothing. Order was supposed to be ready 4 weeks ago. Phones wont pick up. BRUTAL!

Fantastic hibiscus trees. Looked everywhere and found them here. Their wide assortment of herbs was impressive. Picked up some curry, first time for that. Top quality. Check out was a breeze. Will be back with landscaper next week.

Huge selection and variety of plants! Flowers, succulents, trees, shrubs, bulbs. Very large greenhouse setting that is half indoors half out.
